No complaints!

Belvedere is centrally located in Brodick, with easy access to ferry, busses, walking trails, cafes and shops. The manager is delightfully friendly, warm, accommodating and on-site if anything should arise. He goes out of his way to make guests comfortable! Breakfasts are included, and are wonderful, with fruit from the garden and other locally sourced items. This was my second stay here, and I’ll return again!

I didn’t like that my stay came to an end.

The location was excellent- close to ferry, waterfront, walking paths, and buses. The host was delightfully friendly and warm. Breakfast was wonderful, with fresh, local options. I will be coming back!!

The B&B is located in an excellent place, easy reach to shops, restaurants, beaches, ferry terminal etc. The room was comfortable, clean, spacious, hot shower, breakfast was fabulous, cooked to our request. Allen is a great guy, always with funny stories, useful information, friendly and great service. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Will surely stay there again.

The room was a bit chilly and the heating only low. The electric sheets in the beds where there for a reason but I would never use them.

Allan is an excellent host, eager to please. Our room was nice, the location was perfect, no car needed to get to town. Breakfast was good, both cooked and the rest

The guest house is only 10 min walk from the ferry terminal, and close to a number of shops and restaurants. Allan was very welcoming and helpful, and the room was comfortable with everything you need. The breakfast was really fantastic. Will choose stay here if I visit Arran again.

A really welcoming and relaxed home from home. Beautiful view over the Brodick Bay. The friendly conversation with Allan the host. They cooked an amazing breakfast. All the comforts you would expect. Free Parking and Wifi. A very reasonable tariff.

If I could give the Belvedere 11/10 , I would. Everything about this accommodation was exactly as stated and more. The rooms were very well appointed and comfortable, the showers nice and hot; the breakfasts were very good and choices well thought out, nothing was any trouble, and with a big breakfast you didn't need much lunch. It was lovely sitting in dining room and watching little birds at the bird feeders on the windows. The location meant the front rooms had beautiful views of the bay, and walking distance to restaurants bars and pubs, and co-op for shopping. Lounge room for all to enjoy and Allan a very lovely host.

Our 3 night stay wasn't long enough.

Lovely freshly cooked breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows.decent sizes room and ensuite. Very close to all local amenities and bus stops

Nothing. Everything was great.

Allan was super friendly, and the vegetarian breakfast was exceptional. The room had a gorgeous sea view and was very comfortable, with a generous selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
