We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomTV signal was sometimes intermittent; not the first time I've experienced this in Scotland. I like to use the laptop a *lot* on holiday (processing the day's photos, writing a diary); no desk in the room, but by moving the hospitality tray, I could work OK.
Limited off-road parking, but I never had any problems parking on Alma Road. Allan not around when I arrived, but the check-in arrangements worked fine. Room 5, single: the private facilities (washbasin, toilet, bath, shower) are all next door, but dedicated to my room. The room itself had tea/coffee facilities, and plenty of storage space. Breakfast is the kind you pre-order (what you want, when you want it, presumably to cut down waste. A good choice of breakfasts, including vegetarian options, and Allan is a chatty host at breakfast time. There are also three lively small dogs; Allan did ask 'are you OK with them?'

GreeceI had a wonderful stay at Belvedere Guest House. Allan is exceptionally kind and generous and he made me feel right at home straight away. He is also an incredible chef -- the "full vegetarian breakfast" he prepared for me was outstanding. My room was enormous compared to other rooms I've stayed in in the UK and felt like my own little private apartment. I slept very soundly on the comfy bed (the mattress was relatively soft with springs, which is what suits my body best), the views from the living room and dining room were stunning, the shower was like a light rainfall, and there was plenty of light in the room, which I very much appreciated when I read and wrote. It was a very short and lovely walk from Belvedere Guest House to the main street of Brodick, which itself runs right along the water -- I thoroughly enjoyed walking there. It's clear that Allan and his family love their home and take great care of it. Thank you for making me feel at home and for providing me with an excellent stay, Allan!

ItalyThe host is a very kind person and keen to help for everything. The view was amazing, it was nice to have breakfast overlooking the coast and the host was giving a bit of bread to little birds so they kept flying around. The location is perfect to have some nice walks in nature without renting a car. Great distance also from the port, we reached the place in less than 5 minutes.
