Great location with views over the sea. Bedroom a good size with lots of little extras, the bag of money for the slot machines a little bonus. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Staff where so helpful to our group booking.. Staff at reception and bar where so lovely ans inviting and gave us info about where to go. Also change 2 twin rooms into doubles for us. Rooms have coffee machines and nice tea and biscuits and the lovely addition of some 2p coins for you to enjoy on the arcades on the pier opposite. The elemis toiletries in the room where lovely to use too.

Only negative if being picky, the balcony rooms at the front are beautiful but quite small.

Nothing.

I stayed in a single room that was clean and comfortable. Hairdryer supplied. Slippers supplied. The Elemis’s toiletries were very nice. Water supplied tea coffee etc all supplied. The location is excellent walking distance from the station also very near the sea front and walking distance to some of the attractions like visiting Gt Orme. Breakfast was excellent for £15.00 over all very satisfied.

We opted for the balcony room. Due to being disabled and finding it hard to get around, I would choose a more accessible room if I stayed again

I had to leave a fan turned on all night because I couldn’t lower the room temperature with the thermostat.

Hard poached eggs, but nothing major. Female waitress breakfast a little short with guests, who were looking for bowls / in buffet area. Think need more staff on at busy times

The room was particularly warm and the thermostat would not work as to turn the temperature down. But the fan provided sorted that out!

Almost everything. The staff at check in and check out were so friendly and helpful, the entire hotel from the bar to the room was spotless, and the facilities in the room were exceptional!

As usual it’s not always easy to get a parking place nearby, but we always manage to park in the prom. Noisy neighbours, but we were provided with ear plugs and didn’t realise, these aren’t really negative comments

Lovely friendly staff, fantastic views from balcony. Clean room with extras such as water,milk,coffee,biscuits,slippers and robes. Comfortable bed and a lovely breakfast. Loved it so much that we've booked to go again in June. The staff make the hotel what it is, friendly and helpful. Best hotel we've stayed in.

It’s was good the way it was.

Breakfast was perfect and well presented. Loved the fresh fruit, granola and yogurt options as well as a cooked breakfast.

Breakfast was enjoyable but slow service on a couple of the mornings, possibly down to staff shortage.

Located not far from the pier. The room had a lovely view along the sea front. Tea making facilities, a coffee maker, and a small fridge in the room. The most welcoming thing for us was that there was a carton of fresh milk in the fridge, which was a small gesture, but much appreciated.
