If you're a light sleeper, this may not be for you as it is right about the tube line, so you can hear and feel the trains. Tap in kitchen felt a little flimsy.

Situated on the ground floor we could hear (and feel) the vibrations of the London Underground trains en route to Victoria underground station. However it was quiet at night and a very comfortable stay - the apartment was immaculately presented.

The apartment was pretty noisy, not due to traffic noise, but because the tube runs *directly* below it! The vibrations could be felt through the bed whilst sleeping. If you're a light-sleeper, I would not recommend it. But it you're likely to be out-late and/or up early, i.e., when the tube isn't running, maybe you'll be OK!

Very well-appointed, in a great location. Booking and checking-in was easy. The apartment was very clean!

Was just a little bit surprised by the noise of the metro which you could hear a lot but in the end I wasn't as bothered as I thought I would be and I slept wery well.

Really cute place in a very nice location, close to the metro. The bed was really comfy and the shower was mega.

There is the rumour of the trains or tube within the room, it is not clear where that is coming from. You do get used to it though.

The location is great, close to Victoria Station and interesting sites in the city of London. The room is spacious and clean. When we could not unlock the safe, help was immediately on its way. Great to make your own meals.

It was close to the train station which was great for getting around but you could hear the tube late into the night and the first train was 5.30am. Didn’t bother my husband but I definitely had trouble sleeping.

The property was in a great location, close to restaurants, bars and Victoria station. It was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a short trip.

I wasn’t aware this is basement flat and felt uncomfortable being practically on the street, however my stay was short and I just moved on. Worth also mentioning that the person in the room above me was quite noisy one evening but the staff resolved the problem so that it doesn’t happen again

It was quite clean and tidy, an apartment to myself, staff was quite responsive. Location is central so I really made the most of my free time

Kitchen/bathroom side of the Appt was very cold. Noise from the tube was noticeable in the basement appt but once asleep didn’t wake me.

Location Fantastic. Short walk to Buckingham Palace and into Leicester Square in no time. 2 mins from tube station (quick if you cut through train station) lots of food halls up the escalator in the train station and lots of nicer restaurants round the corner.

We struggled with operating the bedroom light switch and noticed tiny cockroaches.

It was a Cosy apartment for a short stay. Nonetheless, it was accessible to the public transport and walking distance to the Buckingham palace. There were sufficient amenities provided.

Noise from the trains and that when using the shower the bathroom and parts of the kitchen was flooded (notified the staff)

The shower was a bit uncomfortable as there was only over the head shower-head, and therefore it was difficult to shower without wetting your hair.

The flat was exceptionally clean, which is extremely important for us.

The noise. Took a while to identify it but once we realised it was the underground we knew it would be persistent. You do eventually adjust.

As I was allocated a basement, we could see some spots of mold in the bathroom. The shower door couldn't be closed properly, so we had some water leak to the bathroom floor, but nothing that compromises the cleanliness or safety
