The en suite shower had some mould in between the tray and wall. My partner found the mattress to be uncomfortable and thought that it needed changing. The springs were digging in her back.

The Property smell of smoke and seem to have had drug use in it. The typical signs where the smell of marijuana and the table and decor had burn marks upon them and not been looked after very well so the appearance initially looked really impressive but upon close inspection it was really poor and I didn’t actually sit on the city because of how unclean it looked.

The property was in a really good location and the facilities were quite extensive because rather than it just being a room with an ensuite bathroom, it had a kitchen and a lounge

Good place near the shops. Apartment nice n sime but it should have a lamp stand at the corner...night bright light. Noticed some damages which you should replace with new cheap object...like the bathroom bin...press to open damaged!! Think for the value for this....

Check-in had to be scheduled with staff to pick up the keys, it's a pretty late one at 4pm with any earlier times needing extra payment. Lifts don't look the best/safest, but they're in working order.

A large apartment which was fantastic value for money (compared to hotels around the city centre). Big bedroom and dining area, clean, lots of kitchenware available. Perfect location around the town, about a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Great location very near to the shopping area, bus stop and not far from train station. The apartment was big and comfortable, with a large bedroom and a kitchen/living room. Comfortable bed and clean. Will definitely recommend and would stay here again in our future visits.

The location is very central. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was equipped with a microwave and washing machine.

Flat was ok but lack of consumables like shampoo, washing liquids, detergents etc. We had to get our own. The sign of the property was small and was not easy to spot. Luckily the reception lady was kind to come down and look for us.

The host was good at offering storage of luggage before check-in time.

There was only a shower in one of the bathrooms and that was leaking, however the staff was very helpful and sorted it quickly. The hot water was limited so we had to have a super quick shower before it ran out.

Spacious apartment, beds were comfortable, location was convenient with parking nearby. Helpful and friendly staff.

Stains on hallway and bedroom carpets. Mattress a bit hard. No net curtains for privacy. Had to keep bedroom curtains closed at all times.

We could have done with more bowls and small plates. There was only two or three of each.

The apartment worked well for us as we were a family traveling with a baby. We were able to relax in the living room whilst the baby slept in one of the bedrooms. There was plenty of space.
