Too many loud guests from France ! Kept us up most the night on into the early morning hours. The bed was not comfortable and the evening staff was not very helpful and hard to understand the Russian accent was very difficult to understand.

The afternoon staff was very nice! The food was pretty good!

Everything was okay , But just you have to pay seperate for room Wifi around 7 Pound per day which was a little surprising as i didn't expect that room Wifi will not work have to pay seperately

The place smelled like the service staff use it to smoke in when off duty. There was a TV hanging on the wall, but no TV remote !?! The springs from the mattress were very noticeable and uncomfortable.

The corridors could of been alot cleaner as there was alot of towels and bedding and furniture left in the corridors. The hotel has an older look it's okay if your not looking for something expensive and the bare minimum in rooms.

Not much to really like there was a bar which seemed good for a drink but was bare minimum and not busy when I was there.

Loud neighbours, thin walls, shady location and crowd was a lil rough. The bathroom can use some renovation and cleaning. Room service would have been appreciated, especially as the stay was for 5 nights. But the staff was helpful and resourceful.

Staff were rude and the room was dirty. We found items left around the room from the previous people that stayed so it wasn’t cleaned properly. These were found on the floor and on the sides.

The beds were absolutely awful. My lower back and sides are actually in pain because of how thin the beds are. I would strongly advise these need to be changed. I also didn't like the smell of our hotel room, it smelt of cannabis and sweat, it did not smell clean at all. It also smelled of damp. There were cobwebs in the corners of our room, which highlighted that simple dusting wasn't properly carried out. The staff at reception were extremely blunt with me and my husband. We did not feel welcomed into the hotel at all, and the attitude from staff continued to be negative during our whole stay. We had no room service during our stay, our towels weren't refreshed, and toilet rolls weren't changed either. A light bulb had gone in our room leaving the room quite dim.

I liked the location. It was a 20 minute walk into the city centre which for us was absolutely fine. If you're unable to walk long distances I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Bed sheets were clean, and the hotel seemed to have everything we needed on a very basic level. The room sizes are okay, they don't need to be any bigger, we stayed in a double room and there was enough space. I like that this hotel is dog friendly, it's very convenient.

I had to pay £10/night extra for a room with window because apparently I booked a room without a window, where exctaly did it say on booking page that this was a room with no window I don't know. Lifts inside were disgusting and in rooms would do with fixing few things.

Really nice location, staff members were helpful and welcoming, no fuss cash payments, price although I had to pay extra was still ok.

The room was dirty and in desperate need of some small repairs (window lock, curtain, lose tiles). Dust bunnies everywhere and a lot of black and pink mold in the bathroom. The bed was also one of the worst ones I've encountered.

The location of this hotel is quite nice and I especially enjoyed walking alongside the "river". The bed sheets and pillows where clean and comfortable.
