It was very clean and modern. The host is so good at communicating and was very helpful. The main bedroom has a super comfy bed.

Only a little thing the heating instructions could be a bit more detailed as we couldn’t turn it down so the apartment was boiling hot, an one other little issue we stripped the beds ready for them to clean and I was disappointed to see the quilt on the double bed was quite badly stained everything else was spotless amazing place to stay

We had been advised that the outer door to the apartment block sometimes jammed and needed a good tug but on a few occasions we had to be bailed out by other neighbours (maybe too much of a challenge for two septuagenarians with arthritic fingers!).

The location was excellent - although exiled Welsh we have had many decades of enjoyment at Rest Bay so it was a real treat being able to stay in that part of Porthcawl.

A very nice apartment in a nice quiet area. The locals are very kind and polite. The apartment itself is really comfortable spacious and very clean. The host was very helpful and was always on hand to assist and made sure everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend.

The property was very warm even with outside temp around 19 it was 23 plus inside with no visible sign of heating and windows open Need to check balcony as slabs closet to wall unstable

Safe parking, excellent apartment, super clean and smelling nice. Had everything we could think of. Clear instructions. Most of all great for our family, I had my toddler with me and have ocd but it was fantastic. Great location too, very secure area so you feel safe to which is really important with family. Host gave a number incase you need to get in contact which is comforting. Would definitely go again and recommend to others. Worth every penny, especially as it’s fully equipped so you can make meals for the family to which is a plus. Lovely decor too, was a luxurious stay!

Not happy with candles don’t like fire risks so didn’t use them, this is a personal dislike but many others would love them.

Nothing to fault!

My first every time visiting Cardiff, surprise booking for my partners birthday, Rayner went above and beyond with the balloons, petals on the bed, banners and ciders! The view of the sea in the morning, the fresh smell of the apartment, the cleanliness, the communication was everything! The locals are lovely too. He absolutely loved it! The only thing is I wish we stayed longer! If you’re thinking of booking, just do it! Definitely won’t be disappointed. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. ( he sends his thanks too! ) 😊

The rooms get quite light in the mornings, luckily I always travel with an eye mask. But if you're a light sleeper - you may need to take these with you. However, I will never complain about waking up to the sun shining!

Excellent location, communication with the host was outstanding. Apartment was beautifully set out and had everything we could possibly need for a long weekend (and longer). Beds and sofas were very comfortable, and having a coffee on the balcony with a view of the sea was a perfect way to start every day. Plus free secure parking, and with easy walking distance of several beaches made this an excellent place to stay.

Hard to find anything wrong with it. Maybe have a tea towel for the kitchen, instructions on how to make it less warm.

Beautiful property, nice location even on a windy winters day. Immaculate inside, underfloor heating! (though a little too hot when we arrived). Great equipped kitchen - even tea & coffee sachets provided! Really nice touches throughout. My kids are already planning their next stay.

Not suitable for those with mobility problems as no lift. The flat is in a block that does not have all the stunning sea views but looks out over the bins and car park and the other blocks.

Beautiful contemporary flat with two double bedrooms in a stunning location. Roomy living area with large TV and two sofas. Outdoor balcony with plenty of seating. Great café close by and access to a dramatic beach.
