Bit of attention needed for the handrail down the steps needs replacing . Bins were full . could do with couple more saucepans of different sizes . Even though couple of negatives I still would book again .

Perfect position not far from sea front .host very helpful quick response when asking any questions . Flat was very clean slept like a baby really enjoyed our few days away .

MISLEADING ADVERTISING - the property states on site free parking, this is actually on the street if you can find a space ( permit provided). It really should state this is a FIRST FLOOR apartment as this meant we couldn't have a disabled guest visit. The front door opens directly onto a set of steep stairs. The garden is not a garden it is a small courtyard down a set of stairs.

Location for the Metro and town are great. Comfortable beds, equipped with everything you need.

Would have liked more specific information re parking. It's good that it's free and that there is a parking permit. But the anonymous note posted through the door from a resident was quite rude and passive aggressive, because I had parked on the wrong side of the alleyway! I know it's not the owners fault. Just not nice to find on our return back from work. Therefore parking instructions/suggestions re permit and where best to park before arrival would have helpful. Guidance also for the heating would be useful.

Clean and tidy apartment. Facilities worked for me and my colleague. Location handy for work and access to restaurants etc. It was still good value and it meant we weren't tied like staying in a hotel. Owners did check in via message to welcome us to the apartment which we appreciated.

It was up stairs I didn't realise this when I booked I had to carry pram up stairs the travel cot wasn't provided and the mattress on the sofa bed was really dirty

there was a fan in the living room perfect for the warm weather nice cosy little flat the main bedroom was very comfortable very handy for having the 2 rooms kitchen and bathroom. I would stay again

Need new pots and pans. They forgot to tell us the non collection day, so we missed it. The bin was already full on our arrival.

The bathroom door was difficult to lock and unlock. The place is definitely tired and no disabled friendly (Very steep steps) no mentioned about it when booking. The garden(little courtyard) you can't really use it , no chairs to seat down or table looks more like a concrete jungle. The place would do with replacing kitchen utensils, pots . We had no contact with the owner he hasnt left his tel number in case we needed to contact him .

Cigarette smoke from downstairs. Heating difficult to control. No corkscrew or cafetiere - so we bought these in charity shops and left them for the next guest. Not enough saucepans.

The kitchen could have been better equipped. For example, the cutlery tray only had three forks in total. There was no corkscrew or cafatiere to use. There was a half empty packet of doritos left in the cupboard.

Very good location for amenities and for visiting friends and family. The property was warm and cosy.

most of the fittings are very dated & the furniture is tired and not comfortable eg glass topped table and coffee table hard to move - lethal if you took children. The curtains in bedroom didn’t stay on the rail and are too lightweight. The bathroom needs some attention. generally- it all worked out for us but the place needs a bit of tlc which would stop it looking so shabby. the kitchen needs a deep clean and we were greeting by smelly wilting flowers and cigarette odour. The owners could do better.

I wouldn't describe it as "beautiful seaside appartment" - it in a seaside town, good position to facilities, but no seaview Outside of building not particularly appealing and parking information confusing.

Very clean, comfortable and cozy for 2 couples. Good location- just a short walk to metro, pubs and restaurants. Very quiet.

The beds were not very comfortable and the outside space was bland could be made better, plus a couple of outside table and chairs would not go amiss.

The location was excellent, lounge and kitchen facilities were very good, bedrooms were spacious although sparse. The apartment was very clean.

The pictures do not show how run down this property is. It needs a good lick of paint. New furniture that is not stained and falling apart. A kitchen that matches. A cleared garden space and the bannister down to the garden space needs fixing a real health and safety hazard. Front door could do with painting as well. I so debated whether to stay or not when I first got there

Having stayed at this property before we were glad to revisit. It ticked every box needed yet again and were really happy with our stay. Like anywhere I stay when I go away I just want somewhere clean, a comfy bed and decent shower. This place is perfect and has all the local amenities and I think the hosts have thought of everything. Will be coming back later this year hopefully.
