I can honestly say that there was absolutely nothing that I didn’t dislike about the property…it was exactly what I needed

I loved that it was so central to everything that I was looking for but quiet enough to be able to relax and have the option to be able to take a short walk to what I needed (shops, coffee or even the beach) quite a busy buzz around the area but not too rowdy. Loved that the bus station was just across the road from my accommodation and very well signposted and easy to navigate.

Although the squeaky floors adds to the appeal, it is a little excessive.

We stayed at 6 different properties throughout Scotland and this one is tops on our list. From its A typical quaint feel, to its classic St.Andrews main street frontage, it hits on all points. Loved the great living room windows over looking the bustling street. The high ceilings are perfect for the period. But the owners really pay attention to detail, from the living room furniture styling, very comfortable beds, soft towels and they even provided some snack foods to fill the gaps. The location is ideal for walking to many tourist spots. Do not hesitate booking this spot for an outstanding stay in St.Andrews.

Everything was perfect!

Great apartment 5 mins from town and 10 minutes walk from the golf course. Well furnished and spotlessly clean. Lots of utensils, pots, pans etc in the kitchen and a welcome basket of croissants, jam, milk, crisps, chocolate, eggs, orange juice which was a lovely surprise and very thoughtful. Instructions to get in were very straightforward and Lynne the property manager kept us up to date on when the apartment was ready and gave us lots of useful information as did the property owner Roberta. Would highly recommend.

Very noisy creaky flooring in master bedroom. Could be doing with some upgrading. Not a problem if nobody goes to the toilet during the night.

Situated very near to the center. Clean. Everything there what you need. Parking possible just opposite side of the road. You don't hear anything from the pub - especially within the sleeping rooms. Very kind premise manager. Found much stuff in the kitchen, so that it wasn't necessary to buy everything by ourselves.

Unfortunately the noise from the bar below was very audible. Not a problem on Friday night but it was very evident that we were staying above the bar on the Saturday.

The location, it was very central. The decor and facilities were exceptional and well maintained. Also, had a very relaxed feel but yet was decorated to a high standard. The welcome basket and items in the fridge were unexpected and a very pleasant surprise.

Parking was a little bit of a hassle, but we were able to find a parking space on the street about 150 yards from the apartment.

The floorboards were very creeky so could imagine this might not be great if you're a light sleeper and others are moving around the apartment....luckily wasn't an issue for me as I could sleep through anything 😊

The apartment was really great and decorated beautifully. The location was excellent for exploring St Andrew's as it was pretty much all on the doorstep.

The property is in the perfect location for golf or walking in to St Andrews for restaurants and shopping. It was a great apartment, clean and all you could need whilst staying there. The fresh flowers and the hamper of essentials was such a nice touch and helped us settle in.

The master bed is small but as big as it could be for the room size. The sofa and chairs look good but really there’s a lack of lounging space for four people. No dishwasher. The blinds are not blackout in the bedrooms and I imagine it would be an issue in the short nights of summer. The pub below was a surprise but not noisy probably because it was mid winter. It may be different when the university is in attendance so should be mentioned in the advertisement.

Location was perfect, with a homely feel to the decoration and good parking. Thoughtful welcome pack.

I was a little concerned to find we were upstairs from a bar, but in the event we were not disturbed at all. As the bedrooms are at the rear of the property I imagine it is rarely (if ever) a problem.

Such a warm and comfortable place, with everything you could want. A very well stocked kitchen. Very central location. Beautifully furnished with a great bathroom and very comfortable beds.
