No parking, but there’s plenty of parking around to not need private parking. You’re close to two large car parks and some 9n street parking is possible 8f you check the restrictions. You do hear noise from the venue over the road, but as soon as my head hit the pillow I was out for the count, even though I had all windows open, so clearly didn’t effect me much. I’ve been coming to Lynton for 35 years and tend to stay in B&B’s. This time a friend joined me, so decided to get a 2 bed apartment for ease and enjoy the ‘home’ comforts.

The apartment is surprisingly spacious, light and airy too. Tastefully and pleasantly decorated, making it a joy to stay there. The beds are very comfortable, I slept better than I do at home! Plenty of hot water and a ceiling fan, although there are plenty of windows we opened to keep cool. I will definitely be back!

Communal areas are poor but would hope these areas would be refurbished once building works are completed. Could do with blinds in the kitchen for modesty as you have to pass through the kitchen to access the bathroom.

It was cold, took us a while to get it warm. We also couldn't get the tv to work despite it being listed as available. There is no private parking either, parking is available at a public car park nearby.

The flat is newly decorated and stylish, very very central. It has all you need for a nice weekend in Devon.

Entrance hallway to flats was a bit off putting- could do with a spruce up - but maybe due to building work. Also some hanging space would be nice. One bedroom had lots - but the other none - and it wasn’t convenient to use the other guests room.

Outstanding flat! Beautifully decorated in the heart of the village. Really convenient to see our relatives who we were visiting who live nearby.

whilst there were sufficient utensils (no fish slice) they were rather muddled in the cupboards, but this is just being pernickety!! It would have been useful to have some information about the property e.g how to turn on the hot water, and pumping action required to flush the toilet fully. No WiFi

WiFi would be useful.

Great location in the middle of town, near shops and restaurants and lovely walks. We didn't need the car once we were there. Car parking is at a nearby public car park, £5 per day. It's easy to pay with an app each day. There is space to park on the road to unload the car. Would definitely recommend.

the bed was mega comfortable as were the arm chairs. everything was simple and functional.

The shared stairs and hallway smells strongly of dog and was dirty and doesn’t give a very good first impression of the nicely decorated and clean flat.
