a)We found the box a little difficult to open. Ended up both of us holding a `switch` down and the other sticking their nails into the silver box lid to attempt an opening. Eventually opened through trial and error. Must add, it was the 1st time we ever experienced retrieving house keys from a key box. Instruction video on You Tube does cover the key retrieval system very well. b) There are various flats associated with Hereford House, so various persons moving in and out the front gate. I suggest a `polite` sign is fixed to the wall encouraging persons to close the gate after them. I suggest an open gate is an invitation for strangers to `mozy` around where they shouldn't.

a) Key Box was exactly where they said it would be. b) Apartment was so nice we were tempted to stay in and not explore! Superb brightly lit kitchen. c) We had a Disabled Blue Badge so parking was no problem, we parked right outside. No charge. d) Enjoyed the patio in the sunshine, and arguably yes it is like a patio rather than a garden. e) Advise researching the bus services because they are very frequent and transport you to so many different places. Leave the car behind. f) There is a very good guide to bars, restaurants etc left in the appt., for you. g) Smart tv a big bonus. Apart from You Tube and catch up channels, you can ofcourse view your days photos from mobile to bigger screen tv. h) Mgt and staff were great, particularly Colin, superb guy.

this was the ONLY fault with the premises - it was very difficult to open the main front door into the building, may have been because the door had a 'buzzer let in system' from the flats? it made me quite anxious when i returned on my own in the dark as the door was in the side alley.

This is being extremely pickey and just a personal preference but we would have liked a Tv in the bedroom!

The keys were easily located. Messages were sent from the owners with clear instruction. All information was provided. Check in was easy with no problems.

Parking was limited, so we opted not to move the car throughout our stay, just in case we didn't find another available space.

Besides the parking, everything!! The apartment was beautiful, it had everything we needed for our short break. It's modern, cosy and very spacious; definitely booking again when the weather is better 😀

We liked everything about the property. The only thing I recommend is that the property acquires 2 fold up chairs so that everyone can sit around the dining table together.

This property was amazing. It was a beautiful property in a great location. It had everything we needed and more. Everything was decorated in a very modern way and there was loads of space for everyone. 3 toilets for a party of 6 was perfect too.

The toilet brushes were dirty and need replacing! A rubber mat in the bath would be good as slippery in the bath. Otherwise it was lovely

Not where we booked! Entrance and stairs up filthy, with litter strewn and general feel of neglect. Car park gates left open and not secure. Located above a very busy pub on Main Street - noisy and far too bright with no curtains on front bedroom!

Flat was as advertised. Beds and pillows comfy. Well equipped.

Had booked to stay at Hereford house but had to change for some reason of the host. Wasn’t as nice or as modern as Hereford house stayed there the year earlier dissatisfied by the property’s uncomfortable beds and overall appearance of the property.
