No iron . Apart from that it was perfect location and more than ideal . You can travel by road to hms Raleigh without using ferry about 20 minute journey .

The cottage was lovely, had everything we needed apart from iron. Host was lovely. Would defo recommend. Very close for plymouth and torpoint. Great base for weekend and about 45 minutes from torquay .

Everything was good. good parking skills needed to park the car in a property parking space. Also, there are plenty of parking places on a street around the cottage free of charge.

Well equipped, spacious 3 bedroom cottage. All 3 bedrooms en suites. Cottage has closed the garden, which was ideal for us because we had a family dog.

In the summer months garden furniture would be good and maybe a couple of chairs on the balcony.

The house is gorgeous and much bigger than we thought. The view out to sea is stunning.

Great to have off street, private parking. Not really a negative. If you’ve got a big car you need to be a skilled driver and good at reversing to be able to manoeuvre from the narrow lane into the driveway enclosed by walls. There is a nearby car park too.

A beautiful, stylish, homely house. Perfect, relaxing base for our hiking holiday in Cornwall & Devon. Great to have 3 en-suite bathrooms. Good location with views of the Tamar Bridges. Very close to railway station if you want train travel. Leanne the property owner was very friendly & efficient at getting back to us re. a couple of queries.

As it was a new property, there were a few snagging issues which will be addressed.

The location was very convenient. Quality of equipment and furniture was excellent. Good relationship with the host. The views from the front rooms are beautiful.

It would have been nice to have had tea and coffee, after our long journey. Would not recommend parking at the church as I received a snotty letter under my windscreen wiper

En suit bathrooms for each bedroom, nice large living room/dining area, and great location. Close to all local amenities and pubs. Also ideal if you were arriving by train.
