Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as the road noise is loud. Bring an eye mask as the lights from the opposite building shines in bright at night but the apartment owners may install better blackout curtains in the future.

It was a lovely appointed apartment. Shower was amazing, bed comfortable and location fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything perfect

Very comfortable high spec apartment which had been recommended by a friend who had stayed there. Nothing was overlooked to provide everything for a perfect stay. Would return again and would highly recommend. Bed so comfy as we're super soft pillows! Shower was great with all toiletries provided. Staff very helpful and were available to answer any query immediately. Great location near lovely breakfast place, a Sainsbury 2 mins away and few mins walk from underground.

Lovely location in Chelsea convenient to the V&A museum and natural history museums as well as tube stops and plenty of cute restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment has everything needed. They left us with tea, milk, crackers, sugar, coffee. Kitchen was well stocked. Bed is very comfortable.

We did not receive the PDF files giving instructions for the property until the day before we left. That was quickly rectified, but it would have been good to have these at the beginning of our stay.

Wonderfully handy location very close to theatres etc. The organic farm shop across the road is a definite must for breakfast. Comfortable accommodation and very affordable for London. It was nice having more room than a typical London hotel room.

The shower was amazing. The pressure was great most properties we have stayed at the pressure of the water wasn’t very good at all. The bed was comfortable. Everything looked nice and comfy.

There is no such thing.

The place is perfect - location, size, cleanness. It is cosy and presents everything that someone will need. The bathroom is modern. There are even coffee, tablets for the dish washer and powder for the washing machine. The lady who welcomed us was very nice and explained everything about the apartment.

The apartment was way too warm and difficult to ventilate since there was only one tiny window in the kitchen area that could be opened. Especially the bedroom was extremely warm (in autumn). The bedsofa is okay for a few nights, but not suited for those who like to read in bed (big gap between “headboard” and mattress) and is a little bit noisy. I did like the very friendly messages of Paloma but I personally didn’t like to be put in a WhatsApp-group of 5 persons (of which 4 men) without warning or being asked if I was okay with sharing my private number with all these people. Also, I didn’t like having to communicate and to update my exact arrival and departure times while travelling with teens and trying to find our way around London. Maybe someone else would not mind, but I felt a little bit pushed.

We especially loved the excellent position of this impeccably clean design apartment in a calming grey-neutral colour-scheme just a few minutes walk from South Kensington tube station, V&A, Natural History Museum and King’s Road. It is situated in the Chelsea Cloister apartment building, close to the Michelin building, restaurants, cafés and exclusive shops, pharmacy, bakery and a Sainsbury supermarket. Coffee cups, milk and tea were provided. Appliance-wise: among others there was a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, a dish washer, oven with microwave and a small electric cooker, all of witch allowed us to prepare simple meals at home. We really enjoyed the lovely shower, fluffy towels and lovely decent perfume of the apartment. The high built-in cupboard in the bedroom with ironing board and iron and excellent hangers as well as a waching machine allow to keep your wardrobe in good shape during a London stay. We liked the duvet covers and various design elements in this smartly arranged apartment. Another reviewer here had recommended to bring a sleep mask and noise protection if you’re sensitive to light or noise at night. I definitively would recommend the same, since Sloane Avenue is quite busy and very bright lights from a building across the street shone right into the bedroom.

Disappointingly the oven was inaccessible and unable to be used as it was above head height. The washer/dryer did not work properly and almost ruined some of our clothes. We understand that this wasn’t a new issue.

Truly amazing apartment. Lovely decorated and you will have everything that you need already there for you. The hosts were super helpful and answered all our questions. The apartment is super clean and everything works very well (especially the shower was super nice). The location is also great with lots of restaurants and lunch spots nearby, as well as a metro station super close by. Definitely book this one, well worth your money!

Absolutely fantastic apartment, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, had everything we needed, lovely touches including toiletries, toothbrushes, milk and water in the fridge, tea coffee etc. Bed and sofa very comfortable, great location, our host Paloma was very friendly and gracious. We were allowed to leave our bags at the apartment when we arrived early that morning, which we appreciated very much. Any questions I asked prior to our stay were answered very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

The property was fantastic, great location, everything you need for a comfortable stay and spotlessly clean. Paloma was so helpful, letting us drop off our luggage early and answering any queries we had before our stay. The apartment was spacious enough for a family of four. It was impeccably clean and had everything one would need. We also judge our stays by the comfort of the bed, and we can say that the bed was extremely comfortable. This flat is located in a central area; close to just about everything. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back!

Cosy apartment in a very nice area of London. Very close to underground and bus stations, plenty of shops and restaurants around. We really enjoyed our stay in the neighbourhood. The apartment has absolutely everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Paloma and her staff are very nice and welcoming, and they make sure to accommodate their guest as well as possible. We will definitely return!

Excellent location for sightseeing and attending Wimbledon. Apartment clean, very well appointed with great attention to detail. Beds comfortable, with high quality linen provided. We loved the extra touches , such as fresh milk and biscuits. Paloma was excellent with communication prior to arrival and met us at the property to check us in which was a very welcome and lovely touch.
