The bathroom plumbing needs some considerable work with hard to control temperatures and low water pressure in the shower, so be mindful. We alerted the host who says she was unaware so hopefully she is able to remedy readily for the future. The flat needs a couple Kleenex boxes also and some additional bathroom shelving would help so there are places to set toiletries.

The flat was a great location and I think for most guests it will work nicely in many respects. The host was gracious with accommodating us to drop off bags early and easy and lovely to communicate with.

Great location; Brighton one direction, Hove the other. Sea at the end of the road, a Co-op for essentials the other. Cozy flat with everything you need. Emily very helpful in the lead up to the trip and organised some parking permits

With six suitcases and four of us it felt too small. Three people or under would be good or family with no big bags. Would love more of an instruction manual. but really no complaints from us we had a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay in this Brighton apartment. Two bedrooms, combined lounge and kitchen. it is great for short stays. The beds are very comfortable and the place is spotless. it would be perfect for two or three people. The kitchen is small but I cooked one night and it had everything we needed. Close to supermarkets and cafes and the beach. Easy to get anywhere. It felt safe and cosy. The weather wasn't great so we didn't go to the beach but could see it once out the front door. The apartment is on ground level and quiet.

The property is gorgeous, well laid out and possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in! Location is perfect - a short stroll to the seafront and the lovely cafes, vibrant pubs and delicious restaurants in Hove. Emily was attentive and left clear instructions for the self check-in making it a breeze. I enjoyed my stay so much I extended my stay, which again was easily done with Emily.

Beautiful, stylish flat in a great location in Hove. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. Clean and well presented. Fabulous as a base for exploring.

There was a bit of noise every morning upstairs and the sink in the bathroom is small that did put me off.

Cannot recommend more, very friendly and accommodating host. Beautiful apartment, everything you could need. Great location, a few minutes walk from pubs, restaurants, shops and beach. I will be booking this again the next time I'm in Brighton

The wifi was practically non-existent in the bedrooms, but this wasn't really an issue for us. The kitchen inventory is pretty basic, but who wants to cook in a town with so many options for a lovely meal?

Absolutely stunning appartment at an excellent location, in a peaceful neigbourhood almost overlooking the beach, in walking distance of the lively boulevard and the town center. We couldn't have stayed in a better place! The appartment was bigger than expected, comfortable and tasefully decorated. The towels were fluffy, the shower excellent and coffee (even latte & cappuccino) were provided. The host even arranged visitor parking tickets in the street for our campervan, so we didn't have to look for an expensive parking spot. Brighton stole my heart and we will be back, hopefully in this lovely appartment ❤️

Beautifully styled property, extremely clean and a very accommodating host. Just a stones throw from the seafront and had all the amenities. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Brighton & Hove area.
