The sofa bed is broken, so it made it very uncomfortable to sleep on, and as there were 3 of us, we had to use it. It pulls out fine, but the top end collapses as soon as you put any weight on it. On contacting the Management Team after our stay they are going to get the Maintenance Team in to sort the problem out.

The location was brilliant, and the apartment had everything we needed. Would definitely book it again.

The tap in the kitchen constantly dripped, which was very annoying. The front door lock is loose, so it didn't make for easy access. Personally, for us, the beds were too soft, resulting in minor back aches in the morning. The flat was also incredibly warm despite having the windows open and possibly because it is on the LG floor. This made it uncomfortable for sleeping. So maybe air conditioning would be worth considering.

Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, a great shower, particularly the rainfall shower. The apartment is well furnished with a very comfy sofa. It was great to have off-street parking. It was also lovely to have clean towels, shampoo, and shower gel provided. Thank you.

The only thing we’d mention is that the kitchen tap was dripping & needs fixing. The bedrooms were on the small side.

Located close to Chester racecourse & Chester centre. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

Just a couple of minor things. Tea and coffee would have been nice. It would be handy to have some shelves or a table in the bedroom. The shower could have been hotter, as it was only luke warm.

A comfortable apartment in an excellent location for exploring Chester, and comes with on site parking which is why we chose it. The beds were comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped with microwave, dishwasher and decent fridge and freezer. The living area was spacious and comfortable.

We stayed in apartment 1, Kitchen tap was dripping non stop which as you can imagine can be quiet annoying drip drip into the sink, had to place a sponge under the drip but still hear the water trickling down the drain. There was also a random towel left hung over the bath, With fresh towels on the bed we questioned what that other towel was, clean or dirty just random. But we just wanted to make you aware of these small things so you can rectify them.

Convenients was good, being able to come and go as we pleased. Central and close to everything. Quiet and comfortable.

We did not realise when booking that we were in a lower ground apartment with minimal small windows at ceiling level. There was no real ventilation and very warm in the apartment, which we could not seem to regulate with the thermostat. Bedroom quite small with one side of the bed pushed up against the wall. Small things like no salt and pepper in the shakers, no hair dryer, no power point near a mirror to use own hair dryer.

Great location only 100 meters from the Chester old town. Apartment was refurbished and very quiet. Parking was easy, being 200 meters from the apartment and only £7 for 24 hours.

The only thing was being woken up in the middle of the night by the guests in the next apartment. It looked like a student area.

I was given the lower ground floor were you will end up feeling like that you kept in a prison. No proper ventilation and the staff response is very poor where I had to chase to keep a dustbin in my room and none responded till my 5 days stay.

The locality was good and near to the city centre. The Room was neat clean and tidy. Good for a short stay.
