Far away from the high street and no easy access by public transportation. Basement rooms with not much of a view.

Excellent building, decoration, amazing mattress. I really liked the complimentary breakfast option and the good quality of tea and coffee.

I was a bit weirded out be the self check in and out initially. But it feels secure, and was exceptionally clean comfortable spacious and quiet. Plus loads of places to eat nearby. I will use it again.

What is there not to like.....

The all arrangement of the facilities, from the ease of access to the Building to the lovely lounges provided with drinks and biscuit bars as a light start for the day, it's all a very good experience....

The only niggle was that the two single beds that were strapped together to make the one large bed didn’t actually match. One was lower and softer than the other, so that was a bit awkward for those who like to cuddle up in the middle!

Such a stylish property, and our room was lovely. Plenty of space and everything we needed. We really loved our view out over the back garden towards the hills. Easy walk to plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. Easy parking too.

There is nothing that I did not like about this hotel. It would be nice if there was a slightly better breakfast selection (cereals, toast), but this isn't a big deal for me.

This is a small hotel (not many rooms) but very clean and comfortable and perfect for my needs. The staff are friendly and the bedrooms and lounges are lovely with quirky, modern and stylish decor. They don't serve food but there is a good selection of eateries just 5-minutes walk away, so not a problem.

Was very disappointed when we turned up and the carpark had spaces but the electric car charging spaces was taken by none electric cars so we couldn't charge our car. Also I would of liked to be shown around as I couldn't see any way out to the back

The building work outside is a real eye saw. The bed was to single beds pulled together, not effort had been made to cove the break in the mattress which made the bed very uncomfortable. This could easily be rectified using a good mattress topper. Breakfast, on the booking it said breakfast included. Self service coffee and cereal bars is expected at an express Holiday Inn, not at a property of this standard and price.

Beautiful is an understatement, my room was gorgeous.

Nothing that we can think of - it was about as good as it gets

Beautiful house, very efficient self check in, lovely bedroom room, very clean. Perfect for our one night stop over. Very nice touches with the lounge, the honesty box for drinks and the free breakfast snacks. Lots of parking on site. Short walk to the local shops and restaurants. Lots of restaurants and cafes. Would recommend Balti Walla - really excellent meal.

I would prefer to have a staffed reception rather tan the tech based arrangement, but that that may be more of a reflection of my age than an actual fault.

Minor point, but as you approach the hotel from Bath Road, there is no signage visible. The sign appears only to be visible from the other direction.

Great location - easy access to Cheltenham town centre by bus or car. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, with a very smart en-suite. A bar fridge, hairdryer and plenty of white fluffy towels were appreciated and the bed was really comfortable. Despite being located on a busy road, the windows are double glazed, so there is no disturbance from traffic. Creative arrangement for people to order take-out food and consume it in the communal sitting/ dining area.
