Really clean and comfortable, great location in a quiet neighbourhood. Off road parking. Easy check in and out. Walking distance from great restaurants and pubs.

Only complaint would be the freestanding a-c unit in the room although it looked the part, it was completely duff as it sent out more heat from its motor than cold. We had a very stuffy stay/ poor sleep due to this. We had to switch off the unit and leave both windows open but was still too warm.

Traditional house with modern refurbishment.10-15 min walk from Montpellier area. Our bedroom was on top floor with pleasant view. Spacious bathroom and plenty of applies for hot beverages in room. Communal areas downstairs were nicely finished and comfortable with an honesty "shop".

Nice if small room in roof conversion but we could her every single word said in the room next door. Our neighbours got back at 2am and Sayed up talking for an hour. Thankfully that's all they did!

Great location, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Good free parking area. No restaurant but cups, plates, glasses etc all provided in lounge area to eat your own food or takeaways.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had an absolutely amazing time for two nights (September 7-9) at Beaumont House.. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and jacuzzi,we stai in Out Africa,just wow! The fact that it was self checkin didn't bother us at all. For those looking for a room and a romantic place Out of Africa from Beaumont House it's what you need. Good location too. Thank you Beaumont House!

Fantastic location, walking distance to a lovely high street with lots of shops and restaurants. Easy check-in, lovely room, lots of space. Takeaway cups provided for coffee and muffins/cereal bars for a grab and go breakfast.

We stayed in the Out of Africa room and it exceeded all expectations. The room was stunning and the attention to detail was exceptional. Very comfortable bed. Jacuzzi bath. Space galore. We cannot wait to book again.

Very clean throughout, tastefully decorated bedroom and lovely bathroom. Very spacious and restful communal rooms downstairs, easy check in, easy parking and able to leave car in the car park for a few hours after checking out.

We were welcomed by very friendly staff and made to feel at home straight away. Comfy beds, beautiful big rooms tastefully decorated, good showers and bathtubs, nice teas and coffee tray, super clean everywhere, bright and airy all throughout. Lovely communal areas, we were able to use the room downstairs to have our own breakfast with shop-bought stuff as they provide plates and cutlery which we appreciated very much. Sadly we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful garden but we had a good stay.

Everything was fine.

The room and the bathroom were very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. We liked the whole house. Not noisy during the night, we managed to have a good rest here.

Wonderful hotel in a lovely location close to the Montpellier district in Cheltenham. Many bars, restaurants and coffee shops within close walking distance. Check-in at the hotel was extremely easy and the room was clean, modern and beautifully decorated.

Lovely old building but clean and comfortable inside. Spacious rooms. Our family room had 2 ensuite bathrooms and comfy beds. Loved the self check in and help yourself breakfast. Quiet garden with seating. 20 min walk from city centre.

There are few if any staff visible on site as it's self check in and out.The public rooms are very welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast snack consists of muffins, granola bars, & coffee or tea. On the second morning, we headed down to the Bake & Brew for a lovely breakfast.

The family room with bunks in 1 room, a king size bed, and a fold out sofa in the 2nd room with 2 full baths suited us perfectly - #5!! There was a room air conditioner, a fan, and the windows open if needed.
