what a great caravan, very comfy and cosy, had everything needed even had its own private wifi which was great, very spacious, literally round corner from fantasy island which was great, defently would love to stay at this caravan again

Had a lovely weeks stay in August. It's only a short walk to Fantasy Island. A nice cafe on site and on the beach. We had good communication with the hosts and they sent us a very useful information package with notes on how to relight the boiler and nearby facilities and such. Had a great time thank you

The caravan is getting on abit and the beds were not comfortable at all, the position of the van was too close to the main road and pub so loads noise till the early hours and when you have kids it's a battle to get them to sleep, we only stayed in the van for one night and that was enough for us.

Lock box for keys height. Duvets had some stains on but not too bad.

Lock box for keys very low and wearing bifocals, it was hard to see numbers at the particular angle.

Very clean throughout with fresh bedding. Good wifi connection. Liked the location being quite close to the beach.

a little dated and needs some TLC. I.e no door handle on inside of toilet door, holes in the net curtains. quite noisy due to being near main road & entertainment.

There is no oven trays but that isn’t a huge deal.

the property was in a great location, offers Wi-Fi and has DVD player to keep you entertained on an evening. the van was clean and tidy on arrival. We will 100% return to this property.

Boiler was sketchy. No WiFi even though it says there is, tried to resolve this with the owner but they never got back in touch. No heating so caravan was freezing and black mould growing around windows and bathroom glass

It’s a dog friendly caravan and we don’t own a dog so noticed a slight odour from the sofa areas. But for the price I can’t complain! Everything was clean, felt homely and my boys absolute loved it.

The location was perfect, short walk to fantasy island and short drive to Skegness, I have 3 children with additional needs so was really important having somewhere to easily get back to for plenty of rest and regulation!

The mattress were just springs, we couldn't sleep on them had too use duvets too lay on, van was old and tatty, toilet seat broken, sofa bed didn't have enough space, £500 for 3 nights expected more,

I couldn’t stay in the caravan as it had an awful smell, the walls were yellow from smoke and grease. It was dirty. The owner of the caravan and camp site were unhelpful and would not accept responsibility. I also sent photo evidence. The smoke alarm was hanging off and the fire looked like it should be condemned. I asked for a refund but, they still have not provided a refund. You will be extremely disappointed if you book this caravan.

We had no gas, which meant no hot water for 4 days, and we couldn't cook anything. This means spending money on £4 microwave means and paying to go to the gym to have a shower. The bathroom door handle was broken. Because there was no handle, there was a nail left behind. My friend and I cut our handsome on the nail. The sofa was broken. The cavalier wasn't cleaned before we came. Our bedding smelt like cigarettes, and a plaster was left on the "clean" bedding. There were also 2 exposed wires, one in my room and one in the other room (a kids' room).
