Unfortunately, we found the bed really uncomfortable. It was a super soft memory foam matress and topper, a good quality pocket sprung mattress would have made the stay perfect, the sofas are not too comfy either but we added pillows and it was fine, this is only our opinion if you like a squishy bed don't hesitate to book this lovely cottage.

The cottage is really well planned and thought out, very clean and the facilities are excellent, if you're looking for a quiet break away from the world then this little cottage is a perfect get away, there are also places to visit within 20/30 minutes drive, wroxham and Stalham are good for a wander round with lovely fish and chips and (Wroxham, Oh crumbs sandwhich bar) the best hog roast rolls we've ever had, we had rotten weather but it didn't stop us heading off to Horsey gap to see the pregnant seals on the beach amazing 😀 and even on the day we stayed there were games and plenty to watch on the TV and of course the hot tub

It was lovely and clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated, dogs are well catered for and the hot tub is amazing.

Only being picky but could do with replacing bath towels - too small and a tad threadbare. Kitchen needs a couple of Pyrex type serving bowls with lids and a set of pint glasses.

Well located close to fabulous beach and the coastal path. Well equipped, hot tub was a bonus and interior living space clean and comfortable. Perfect for dogs with a secure garden and outside hose was a must after a day on the beach! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The scenery is epic and we really enjoyed exploring the area. Our dog had the best time on the beaches and everywhere we went was dog friendly. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable.

Lesley's communication was great and gave us some recommendations of things to do. The location was great and just moments from the sea. The property was really nice and clean and had a lovely, cozy feel to it. I would definitely recommend staying here and would consider booking again. Thank you!

I am nit picking because I really dont feel need to moan about anything but the only things I can think of are 1. the door between covered outside seating area and hot tub that has a cross bolt on, 2 of us got finger caught in it on seperate occasions. I think its just the way it closes but maybe put a little warning sign, 'keep fingers clear' on it. 2. Not much you can do about it but settees in sitting room are not in most sociable positions being all down one wall, but its the only layout that the room shape/size lends itself to.

All of it, hot tub, facilities in accommodation were amazing with great attention to detail. Loved the location so close to perfect dog walking beach.

Cupboards had clutter in the wardrobe areas. Had to wash the cutlery.

The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. The hot tub was excellent fun and gave us many hours of entertainment.

Very clean with everything you can think of for your stay including treats for the dog and us :) 2 mins walk to miles of dog friendly beaches, which are also pretty much deserted. Hot tub to soak and relax in after long walks. Perfect place if you want to just relax and forget about the world. Lesley and Stan have made this into the most perfect holiday cottage for themselves and are willing to share this with other guest so we felt privileged to be able to use it. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is done to make it feel home from home.

There isn’t anything about this property that we didn’t like. It is perfect!

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at this wonderful seaside cottage. I have never stayed anywhere where a host has been so thoughtful and considerate. Every possible thought had been put into the accommodation from leaving a pint of milk in the fridge and a delicious welcome basket to providing everything a dog could possibly need! The cottage is so cosy and welcoming and we loved the coastal theme throughout. It was a very short walk to the beautiful beach and in a great location to explore Norfolk. The hot tub is an added bonus and a great place to relax. We would highly recommend a holiday here.

Rubbish in the garden

Full amenities dishwasher microwave etc Hot tub a bonus. Log burner very cosy. Not really equipped for a disabled 92 year old

Really bad road on the estate felt like a wild safari ride, hope didn't damage car. Too far out as very isolated. No shop or cafe within walking distance. Good place to relax and do nothing but too isolated, not to our liking.

Not many very local amenities but being by the beach outweighed this and not the fault of the property. There could be less signage (and keep everything in the guest book instead) to make it more homely and the sofa opposite the tv was a bit uncomfortable and probably needs an update. But these are really small things and overall it was great!

Lovely property very close to the beach, perfect if you have dogs. The hot tub was a great added bonus.
