Nothing to dislike, everything was just what we wanted

We liked everything, the apartment was lovely and clean, the bed was very comfy, it was a lovely place to sit and relax in, the artwork on the walls is brilliant and done by the owner, we met Donna and she is lovely, the location is brilliant for the pier, the town centre and the spa pavilion where we enjoyed a brilliant show, another good thing was we could park right outside, everything was lovely and we will definitely stay here again.

The TV was a little annoying but considering our stay was short and we only turned on the TV for 15 mins before bed, it didn’t bother us. Everything else was fine but our prayers are with anyone trying to simplify the microwave instruction book :)

Excellent location directly opposite the sea front in the quieter part of Felixtowe. We were amazed at how quiet it was once the door was closed in the evening and how convenient it was to local places to eat and drink- free parking was an addd bonus!

Our stay was only a short one unfortunately, so we didn't get round to using all the facilities in the property. Clearly everything has been thought of, and with such good taste. Would have been a wonderful relaxing place if only we'd had the opportunity to find out !!!

The only thing that would make Donna’s apartment absolutely perfect in the summer would be a small outside sitting area at the front. We would certainly recommend this apartment, absolutely. I am sure we will go back.

This ground floor apartment was beautifully decorated. Separate lounge with kitchenette , small dining room, bedroom and bathroom , perfect really for two .The position was right on the promenade. So very convenient for the pier, restaurants and bars.

We liked everything about the accommodation. We stayed here to see Jim Davidson at the spa and the location is perfect, the spa is literally a 4 min walk. The accommodation itself has everything a couple needs to explore felixstowe and is ideally situated. The property was spotless, the bed was comfortable and Beachfront is fully equipped. The other thing that surprised me was how quiet it was inside the property, being near the spa it is quite a busy route but we heard zero noise. Donna the owner was also fantastic, very friendly and answered any message within minutes. Thank you for letting us stay.

Everything was perfect.

The apartment was perfect for our visit. Everything you need, home from home. Good quality items, beautifully decorated with lots of special touches. Nice bathroom with hot water and fluffy towels. Close to all amenities and a sea view. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Nothing as everything was there that you could ever need

Everything was like stepping into paradise, the whole apartment is a dream come true and so comfortable. I hated leaving and will be back. I have never been anywhere before as perfect as this and cannot recommend highly enough thank you Donna

Fantastic sea front location, but also close to the town. Fanastic views. Had everything I needed. Very comfortable bed. Towels and tea towels provided. Tea, coffee, milk, and sugar sachets provided. Host (Donna) was responsive and helpful. All in all, it was a lovely place to stay. I will be back

Donna always communicated quickly and with lots of helpful information. The apartment is just over the road to the seafront, beautiful seaview. Everything we needed in the apartment and so handy for beach, shops, cafés etc. Everything is there to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Donna goes out of her way to be helpful.
