We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomthe music in the bar in the evening was a little too up beat. The staff did change it but it soon returned to the same. It did intrude on being able to relax and as the only ones in the bar shame not to be able to change it.
The staff were helpful and had a sunny disposition. Breakfast was the quality you expect in a hotel with great views and using the local Craster Kippers excellent!! Room a good size and the use of the spa facilities meant it was altogether value for money.

United KingdomThe food and drink was rather expensive, £7.80 for two teas (though it could just be the location / tourist prices as one of the pubs in Bamburgh nearly bankrupt us for two drinks!). There was a lot of noise from adjacent rooms, could hear them walking around, using the toilet, getting a drink etc through the night (but this could also have been bad luck on our part to have stayed the same night as particularly stompy, nocturnal folk).
The hotel exceeded our expectations - absolutely stunning, top end decor and surroundings. Sea view room beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, we also had lunch which was superb. All the staff were so very lovely, pleasant and helpful. Great hotel! Very comfortable and welcoming.

United KingdomThe hotel advertised having parking but there isn't actually lots of parking available so it's a bit of a first come first served situation. There is public parking a short walk away.
The hotel was in a great location right by the beach and just a short walk into the town. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and the food was very good.

It was very well situated with the sea just across the road. The restaurant overlooked the sea. The staff were delightful and the breakfast was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom modern.

Friendly staff who were very helpful, these include - Honour & Zara on reception. Dave the barman, Julie the breakfast lady, housekeepers Shelly & Ange, great breakfast from Tony, Dean & Hayden Having the opportunity to use the Beach Club at the caravan park was a brilliant, really made our stay as we had taken part in a 100km cycle sportive starting from Bamburgh. Lots of plugs in the room so really handy to charge phones/laptops, use hairdryer etc Dogs are allowed to stay too!

Fantastic location looking out over the Farne islands .Food was lovely if menu is a bit limited.Staff nice but need more than one on receiption at busy times twenty five mins to check in a bit much.Room clean and compact but smelt a bit of dirty mop.Couldn't turn heating off and as on ground floor only window was a French door so couldn’t leave open .The hotel needs some serious sound proofing noise from room above awful as was the door slamming and general corridor noise .This was the sixth night of a tour we were doing ie new hotel each night and we didn’t experience this noise level in any of our previous accomadation.
