1. Parking- I think finding parking space was bit of a struggle as there is no allocated space for the house. I think that was the only thing which troubled us and we did not take the car out till we checked out in the fear of losing the parking spot. 2. Would have appreciated some toiletries like shampoo and body wash

1. Very cute house with good location. Near the beach and walking distance to all restaurants and shops 2. AGA system of cooker -------We loved this . It was sooo awesome. We have never seen this before. Not only did it keep the whole kitchen warm but it cooked everything nice. Making pizza in it was soo much fun. 3. The complementary food and drink kept for us was a surprise

Door to one bedroom didn't close properly, which wasn't a huge issue for us but may be for others.

There is an Aga in the kitchen that’s on constantly making seating in the dining area too hot and uncomfortable. It’s a shame as it really did affect our enjoyment especially as it was 20 degrees that day. Parking can be tricky if you leave your spot.

Location was great over looking the sea. Close to the town centre and pubs/ restaurants etc. Rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Fully equipped in the kitchen which was good.

There are some parts to the property that are not child friendly (stairs, aga) it was fine but may be worth mentioning in the property advertisement.

Not a dislike, but the stairs are quite steep, we were in the top floor bedroom (with amazing view)

Just a couple of points to mention. The water was not very hot when showering. We had to wash some of the items in the cupboards before using them. However, apart from that the property was comfortable and the locations and views were excellent. We would definitely use it again. Thank you for having us.

The Aga wasn’t a problem to me because I own one but can see it wouldn’t be good for anyone with no knowledge. The other oven couldn’t be used as we couldn’t find any instructions. Also we were a group of 6 ladies but there were only 3 wine glasses. Think the light bulbs need to be checked in the bathrooms. Obviously these are special ones as they need to be waterproof rated.

We had to get used to the AGA cooker (which we did), and this meant the property was very hot (on all 3 floors) when we arrived - but this is understandable! Parking the car was a challenge, but it was early August and peak summer holiday, so a 5 minute walk wasn't really a hardship!

The location of the property was excellent - very very close to the beach and around the corner to cafes and coffee shops. The accommodation was very clean, tidy with bedding and towels for 8 people. The property has 4 good size bedrooms over the two upper floors, each with double beds. The kitchen (ground floor) had an excellent supply of crockery, glasses and cutlery for up to 8 people.

Perfect for our group of 8. Very comfortable beds and a good size kitchen for eating in together. Great seafront location with all amenities on the doorstep. If you’re staying a week, I recommend purchasing the 7 day ticket in Meadow Rd car park which works out cheaper than the daily rate. If I do the Norfolk Coast Macmillan Mighty Hike again, I would definitely return to Beach House !

We had no concerns or complaints but some people might need parking or more outside area.

Perfect location with sea views and central to the town. Beautiful property, very spacious bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and relaxing lounge area. Great to have 3 bathrooms. 5 of us but plenty of space for 8 people. Clean and lovely decor.
