Very welcoming and friendly host Sarah manages a beautiful house in which I booked a nice clean room with comfy double bed,desk, teas and coffees,a lovely kitchen full of cereals, fruit, orange juice,milk and everything you need for breakfast and a spotless shining bathroom

When we arrived we were early but our room was ready so we could check in, we were greeted by the cleaner she was so lovely and smiley full of conversation made us feel so welcome. We had a Box of chocolates left for us in our room which was a lovely touch. The bed was so comfortable, made it hard for us to get up in the morning we could have stayed in it all day! We booked this for a place to stay after the grand national and compared to everywhere else the price was so reasonable! Would absolutely stay again.

Television was a bit of a failure but adequate for the news, not that I watch TV as always travel with some books to read. Some of the neighbouring residents were a bit clunky going in and out but no worse than ones I have where I live haha!

Wonderful kitchen, everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent range of food. I only wish my kitchen came up to the same standard. Just a step away from the Orrell Park station so transport wise perfect if without a car.

The area directly within walking distance seemed a bit run down however there were plenty of amenities with driving distance

This property is perfect if you’re looking forward for somewhere affordable with great facilities to base yourself whilst you’re visiting the area. My boyfriend and I had a lovely 4 night stay here as he was on a 5 day training course in Bootle. Lots of places to eat within driving distance (few minutes down the road). There are also lots of takeaways and pubs within walking distance. Aintree shopping park was a 5 min drive away which was ideal for me to visit whilst my boyfriend was at training. This property has way more facilities than staying in a premier in or travelodge which we were thrilled with in terms of value for money. It was great that the TV had netflix on to keep us entertained during the evenings. The communal kitchen was also brilliant as it had everything you need if you fancy cooking any dish!! Also the provided milk, bread, jam and cereals were were very thoughtful of Sarah. The bathrooms were also squeaky clean with shower gel & shampoo also provided. Thank you so much Sarah for making our visit to liverpool comfortable and for making us feel at home!

Decent little road just off the highstreet, close to pubs and restaurants etc, only downside is the noise when folk come back to collect their cars at the end of the night. The B&B itself was very quiet, the only exception was a couple of the guests coming back at 2/4am and perhaps a notice asking guests to be a little quieter might be considered. All in all, small niggles really as it is a really nice place for a short stay.

Fantastic little B&B if you're lo9k8ng for a good base to explore from or having a short stay. The room was very clean and nicely appointed, the bed was very comfy too. We had the en-suite was nice. The owner was lovely and responsive too when we rocked up at the wrong place! Keys are available via a keysafe which was super convenient. Also must mention the amazing communal kitchen, it's huge with fresh milk available for guests, cereals, bread for toast, fresh fruit and pastries for breakfast.

The only thing I didn't like was that the main light didn't work. So we had to use the table lights. There only one shower, and everyone uses it. So, I end up cleaning after others. And need more milk for coffee, which we got down the road.

The places were nice. Easy get to Quiet rooms and the staff left you drinks like tea coffee and water. It good place to sleep for few days.

I'm a Liverpool Red so I didn't know about the location that it was a blue area aside from that it was grand.

A grand place to stay ideal for a staycation. In a quiet location. Basically, you have a house to use as you please.

It was well placed for the area we needed to visit, plenty of shops, pubs & restaurants around. Local transport, buses, trains & taxi's easily available. Room was clean and had everything we needed. We would use them again.

The shower was a little small for me i couldnt move much, needs a better door so that water doesnt get out at the bottom

I liked everything as i came with my boyfriend as were in a long distance relationship and i figured this was more roomy for us to stay at we was really comfortable. We had a great sleep too the bed was really comfortable best bed ive slept at compared to my own bed😅 i also love the fact its self check in it makes things a lot easier
