We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomContact was not good. Difficult to find out how to get into the apartment. Messaging was not clear. Telephone number to make contact is an O2 answerphone; no one answers or responds to messages left. Water staining to walls/ceilings in both bathrooms, as obvious issues with water leakages linked to the showers.

No AC but temperatures were The place really needs some screwdrivers…so many items were loose. (Toilet seat, toilet paper holder, table chairs, shower door knobs). Thanks!
Great location. Nice space with great amenities (2 bedrooms and 2 baths are a bit rare). Great kitchen & even a washer/dryer.

United KingdomBooking.com did not provide me with the necessary information to gain entry into the building or car park. Therefore, I had to ring the contact number who were very helpful in sorting me out, thank you. The ensuite shower, the door handle was very loose and also the shower head holder (wall) was also very loose when we got there so it made it a little tricky when having a shower.
This was located in the middle of Peterborough and had secure underground parking, and the entrance requires fob for entry. The apartment was spacious, 2 double bedrooms, one ensuite, with a small shower, the main bathroom had a shower/bath. The apartment included WiFi, TV, washing maching/dryer, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster. Just remember to bring your own drinks like coffee, tea, milk etc. All in all this is a really lovely apartment and we would consider this again.

United Kingdom…where to start! We arrived and only 1 towel per person for a 3 day stay / 2 nights - felt dirty, damp and leaking roof all in the en suite - sick / vomit all over the windows - and only 2 small windows in the entire apartment which are in the living room. There is no window in the back bedroom at all and the door was broken into the bedroom. There is a window to the main bedroom, however it does not open so if you are like me and you get claustrophobic, this was a nightmare.. they do however provide fans so at least we were able to use them as it was 26° when we arrived the first day. The apartment was baking and there is no air con. We asked the reception for extra towels and toilet rolls, however they said it is a common problem with this property and it took ages just to get one towel released from them . The shower was also broken in the ensuite and it just felt dirty. The sheets are poor quality and itchy. It served a purpose - as we were at a large horse trials event for the weekend - but it is quite a rough area, it is very noisy, lack of ventilation, lack of care and attention and Cleaning in the property is definitely not 4*. It needs a lot of TLC. really disappointing.

United KingdomWe went straight to the car park as gates were open but we got locked in. Was luckily rescued by attentive security guard but check-in instructions could have been clearer re: parking. Basically collect your keys first before trying to park the car!
Just as described. Very beautiful and modern inside. Quite spacious too. Secure with private parking and friendly staff. Would stay again.

United KingdomOne of the bedrooms had no window, the other had a small window that did not open, no bedside cabinet on one side of the bed. The bedrooms were very hot and no air, there was a fan but that was too noisy. One of the beds was not made up properly, there was no quilt cover and not enough pillow cases. The kitchen had no tea towel, oven glove and no frying pan, and the grill pan had no handle. not enough cutlery/plates/bowls. No towels in one of the bathrooms, and the toilet roll was just left on the floor as there was no holder, and no shelves to put things on. Very difficult finding your way from the apartment down to the underground parking. The location was not good with drunks and drug users loitering outside so we did not feel safe going out for food in the evening!

AustraliaCheck-in was complicated, was confusion regarding receiving keys etc. I luckily bumped into the host before it became a real issue. It's the only thing that I'd say was difficult about the entire stay, so all in all it wasn't that bad.
Overall a great apartment had everything I needed, safe, secure and quiet. I could literally move in and live there, so the facilities were far better than expected from a motel.
