There’s nothing I didn’t like.

It felt spacious and unfussy. My son absolutely loved it. Only a mile from st merryn, it was a great location for Constantine bay and padstow.

There were five of us, but had been left towels for four. There was no duvet for the spare bed however this did not create a problem because it was hot and there was a duvet cover. The bed settee had a clean cover but had not been checked as it was full of crumbs and a dog collar someone had left down the side of it. The bed settee leaned to one side, but was ok as only one person needed to sleep in it. There was a grill tray but the grilling tray was missing so we where unable to grill.

The blinds in the bedroom let through light so woke us up early also bed was a little to soft for me .

Space , clean , well stocked crockery , in a good location not far from padstow.

Vacuum cleaner kept falling apart, back of remote was missing so the batteries kept falling out and could not find an iron.

There’s nothing I can really say bad about the property

The property was well presented, clean and well maintained. The properties are on a small u shaped complex with ample private parking.

We had a very noisy fridge, if someone was on the bed settee downstairs it would have been difficult to sleep. You could not walk to St Merryns Village as there appeared to be no footpath and the roads are fairly narrow. A car is a necessity.

We found the property and used the code that had been text to unlock the key safe, on opening the door we smelt cleaning products and bleach. The house was immaculate, good furnishings and we really liked being outside on our little picnic bench in the fenced garden. Parking was good for two cars although we only had one. Chairs were supplied to sit out the front which was nice as we opened the french doors from the kitchen and sat in the evening sun. The house and bedrooms were more spacious than I had imagined. We had a lovely take away pizza from the clubhouse one night and St Merryns village is just a few minutes by car, it had a good bakery, butcher and village shop also we were highly recommended the Fish and Chip shop but sadly ran out of time to buy any!

The living room of the property needs updating and doesn’t feel as comfortable or useable as the upstairs. Some small details such as the tiles and kitchen cupboard fronts in the kitchen are need of deep cleaning which let it down slightly. Also the TVS are very small and outdated and because of this almost unusable.

The location is excellent as there are some amazing beaches within a short drive. The property is well equipped and generally well kept. The parking outside the property is very convenient. I love the bedrooms with the velux windows.

They were not up to cleaning. I can see spider webs and when I moved the sofa bed and they didn’t clean the floor. The oven was ok. The roof windows need to be look as one look as if it come off.

Nothing of note

The property was clean, modern, spacious and well appointed. It was set in a small, safe development with a shop and pub/restaurant just a minutes walk away. There was plenty of space on the drive for 2 cars. There are many beaches close by and Padstow is just a short drive away as are a number of further pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Directions not great, struggled to find it. I was looking for Bay Retreat Villas and it’s actually called St Merryn Park. Small detail but it wasted time.

It was in a great location for Padstow. Very spacious, comfy beds, lovely soft fluffy towels. Shower worked well. Kitchen well equipped. Very clean and simple instructions for key safe worked well.

Sofa bed for 17 year old got a bit uncomfortable by end of week Had a few ants in the kitchen but I guess it is that time of year.

Code provided before arrival. We arrived late due to traffic and had no issue getting into our villa. Bedrooms were extremely spacious and full linen and towels provided. Kitchen had everything you needed . Added bonus was walk in shower which was great after a day at the beach.

The WiFi was inaccessible 9pm the day before you leave.

The property was well situated. It was freshly painted, modern, clean and good facilities. We really enjoyed it. Would recommend and stay there again

Gardens were a little smaller then we expected. On site shop wasn't fantastic. On site restaurant only sold pizza. Not much to do on site.

The shower was weak and the matresses were a bit soft but otherwise the accomm was excellent - we had villa 13.

Humming noise like washing machine comes on and off and we couldn’t work out where it came from. Plug socket not working by kettle and lock on bathroom door broken. Can easily get locked in. Could do with fans in bedroom as very hot during the night, heater’s we’re turned off . Not enough toilet rolls . Was disappointed we didn’t receive welcome pack.

Liked the location and home from home feel. Very small garden but sufficient. Comfortable beds , Hans wash, washing up liquid abs two toilet rolls supplied for two toilets. Generally very clean, loved the velux windows and balcony. Radio would have been great in kitchen .
