NOTHING at all we didn’t like it was all perfect.

It was a beautiful B&B. From the second we arrived we were welcomed by Paul. Helped with our parking , he had saved a specie for our car. He carried our luggage to the first floor for us. The room was beautiful, its smelt wonderful, had lots of team and coffee and milk and biscuits. It was spacious for a twin room. Beautiful bathroom too. Loved everything including the beautiful view of the sea and pier . Breakfast was beautiful in the breakfast room. Hot and tasty and big selection . Beautiful lounge with a tv in and advice on taxie if you wanted one . I will definitely be coming again to stay we loved it . Perfect in every way . Paul is wonderful!

I find polycotton really hot and uncomfortable, and would have been much happier and had a better sleep with cotton - but would still go back!!

The breakfast was amazing!! All you could eat, and every one of the choices cooked to perfection! All the staff team were friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure every guest had everything they needed. Location is great, right on the front. Everything was clean, spotless. 😊👌

Insufficient choice of fruit at breakfast, yoghurts available that had past their best before date. The room's bathroom was a little cramped. The following points may be positive or negative depending upon the guest: - no table service at breakfast, you are free to serve yourself - the rooms are not refreshed daily, you have privacy in your room - music from the pier opposite plays all day between 09.00-20.00, but it is an excellent selection of songs!

Host was friendly and obliging, and hot food at breakfast was cooked to perfection. Room was bright and very pleasant, and location gave great access to all the major attractions. Could hear the sea at night, which was lovely!

Beautiful property room was beautiful Paul is the life sole of this b&b absolutely lovely person nothing is to much for him. Julia is so lovely always has time for you. The food is fresh each morning always clean tidy not a bad thing to say. Will definitely be back thank you so so much a wonderful weekend

Everything. Wonderful hosts, great location, pleasant and clean accommodation. Nothing was was too much trouble for Paul and Julia..they even found me a parking place when it was otherwise proving impossible. Great place to stay..we’ll be back again soon for our third stay.

Only downside for us was the small shower unit. Our son and his wife had a lovely large walk in shower so small showers aren't in all rooms. But that was the only niggle for us and we managed fine

The location was perfect,right by the pier and seafront. Excellent value for money as price included breakfast. The owners and the cook were very friendly, and had time to chat. They even helped us take our luggage out to the car when we left. The room was lovely and clean, and we had plenty of tea,coffee and hot chocolate as well as biscuits. WiFi is excellent throughout the property. The building itself is steeped in history,being one of the oldest hotels on the front. We love Llandudno and I think we have found a favourite hotel to return to.

First Class Guesthouse. Good value for such a lovely stay. Comfortable clean room. Plentiful cooked breakfast. Easy and close 24 hour parking with permit for the local roads.

Toilet very small for the room size. Beds abit uncomfortable and could do with blackout curtains to block the light.

Location excellent right on the front. Staff are so friendly. Breakfast choices really good and if you need anything staff are helpful. Room big and set out lovely

Not something I didn’t like but would love a continental breakfast with fresh croissants though I do realise that the majority prefer to fill up on the full Welsh.

We have been a few times and have booked for later this year. Julia and Paul are so friendly and helpful and cannot do enough for you. The self service Welsh breakfast is plentiful.The house is beautifully clean and best of all is the location. It’s right on the sea front but equally it is very quiet in the evening. No problems sleeping as zero noise after 9 pm really. There are two rooms on the ground floor and the house is the only on the seafront without steps to enter, so ideal for anyone with walking difficulties.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable room - very spacious with a modern bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful, Julia was very informative and kept us up to date with info at the property and gave us a parking permit to use. I feel like the team really went above and beyond, Julia’s partner ran out to get us some vegetarian sausages for breakfast and helped with carrying our bags to the car which was so kind. Would definitely recommend the hotel and hope to be back!
