Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomSome things were broken like the window locks, and light fixtures and the a shower head. There was unclean things about the property however the host did admit fault and offered solutions.
Had good amount of space and didn’t feel stuffy (accurate to the photos) . It had lots of appliances in the property. The WiFi worked well and the neighbours weren’t bad.

United KingdomThere was no television. The local area was a bit shabby. The neighbours upstairs were noisy at times (though not at night).
The property is near the centre of Swansea, an easy walk from the rail station and the shops. The apartment was spacious. It had a kettle, cooker, microwave, washing machine and vacuum cleaner. The Wi-Fi worked well, for example streaming music, It appears to have been recently upgraded. The central heating was warm and adjustable (I was there in January).

Plenty of facilities for the price. Warm and cosy on entry and easy walking distance to the centre of Swansea.

United KingdomSmelt slightly of damp and could do with modernisation but exactly what we expected for such a reasonable rate. A television would be a very handy addition but it was fine without one as we were only staying one night.
The location was great and we managed to get free on street parking . The communication with the host was excellent. Nice private self contained flat with own private entrance. Also own private back door to the garden area.

The apartment offers great value for money, and would be ideal for an active couple exploring the area. It is stylishly decorated, immaculately clean, and offers all modcons, even a washing machine (except a TV). A 15 minute walk away from the beach.

United KingdomThe apartment is in a nice location. It's close to the city center. There are essential cooking utensils in the open kitchen for making a simple meal. It's a good sized apartment for two people to stay over a long weekend to explore the city. The owner is very helpful and responsive. I needed assistance with the wifi and the owner helped me out right away. Although the internet connecton didn't work for me, I appreciate the help.

Was surprised with the size of the apartment, very roomy. Very good for price, was clean and had extras like tea, coffee, sugar. Lovely space and good location for university. Access to outside space which was nice, and check in was easy and efficient.
