Some things were broken like the window locks, and light fixtures and the a shower head. There was unclean things about the property however the host did admit fault and offered solutions.

Had good amount of space and didn’t feel stuffy (accurate to the photos) . It had lots of appliances in the property. The WiFi worked well and the neighbours weren’t bad.

The weather

Stayed here for one night. Place was clean and warm considering weather was wet and windy. Just what was needed a cosy little flat to ourselves. Will probably stay again.

There was no television. The local area was a bit shabby. The neighbours upstairs were noisy at times (though not at night).

The property is near the centre of Swansea, an easy walk from the rail station and the shops. The apartment was spacious. It had a kettle, cooker, microwave, washing machine and vacuum cleaner. The Wi-Fi worked well, for example streaming music, It appears to have been recently upgraded. The central heating was warm and adjustable (I was there in January).

Being woken up very early in the morning by the tenants upstairs, people walking along the street and then a the fire alarm going off.

Plenty of facilities for the price. Warm and cosy on entry and easy walking distance to the centre of Swansea.

Worn down a bit and do agree with other comments, could do with a dehumidifier, but for one night’s stay it was great, especially for the price.

Thé flat was not really clean at some place, and was damp, there was mold on several locations.

Seemed to be a lot of renovation going on in the street so looked a bit run down. Couldn't get WiFi working.

Fully self contained unit - would be ideal for a longer stay. Close to shops and not far to the beach. Very friendly hosts.

Smelt slightly of damp and could do with modernisation but exactly what we expected for such a reasonable rate. A television would be a very handy addition but it was fine without one as we were only staying one night.

The location was great and we managed to get free on street parking . The communication with the host was excellent. Nice private self contained flat with own private entrance. Also own private back door to the garden area.

The wifi connection was poor throughout.

The apartment offers great value for money, and would be ideal for an active couple exploring the area. It is stylishly decorated, immaculately clean, and offers all modcons, even a washing machine (except a TV). A 15 minute walk away from the beach.

The flat needs some renovating. Especially the kitchen area. The Wi-Fi was quite unreliable, and it kept kicking me out.

The bed was comfy. Flat in a quiet area on a residential street.

The apartment is in a nice location. It's close to the city center. There are essential cooking utensils in the open kitchen for making a simple meal. It's a good sized apartment for two people to stay over a long weekend to explore the city. The owner is very helpful and responsive. I needed assistance with the wifi and the owner helped me out right away. Although the internet connecton didn't work for me, I appreciate the help.

A lite would be good on the steps so a litle safer with luggage. And perhaps a pull out couch so an oder son or daughter could have come as a break.

Can hear upstairs neighbours very clearly, but didn't really bother me during my stay. Some things were used and dated, and could do with a TV.

Was surprised with the size of the apartment, very roomy. Very good for price, was clean and had extras like tea, coffee, sugar. Lovely space and good location for university. Access to outside space which was nice, and check in was easy and efficient.
