Location was perfect. Near the beach, golf course and High Street. The provided decaf tea snd oat milk wich was great. Very clean and comfortable, bed comfortable too. Great value for money.

If I'm being picky the front garden wasn't inviting as quite overgrown & the bed although a lovely size was a bit hard.

Good central location & good size room. Also lots of tea/ coffee etc provided.

I really enjoyed the whole stay, loud seagulls are annoying but can't do much about that and the ear plugs are there for that anyway

The hosts were super thoughtful and helpful, breakfast was enormous and very lovely. Lots of thoughtful things in the room like oat milk, earplugs, and an actually decent hairdryer. Also their dog Bear is an absolute gem of a dog!

No breakfast was provided which negates the second “B” in B&B.

Everything was excellent from the condition of the room and bathroom to coffee/tea making facilities to the landlord’s welcome. The location was also, for me, excellent.

All great, breakfast wasn't on offer but that didn't matter for our visit - only disappointed because if the room standard is anything to go by the breakfast would have been awesome too!

The guys made us welcome . Great Scottish breakfast. Parking nearby isnt a issue if your travelling through on a scottish road trip.

Noise travels within the building. There were 2 or 3 times at night when things were dropped or banged into which woke me up.

I was warmly welcomed on arrival. It was very clean everywhere. They cared about everything being perfect for me and complimentary quality snacks and drinks in my room. Breakfast was super with fresh food cooked in front of me, served hot. Beautiful fresh bread and a good selection of fresh fruit and cereals served on an impeccably clean stylish table. I could come and go as I wished. The doors are good quality, have good locks and I felt secure. I felt comfortable and at home here. I shall book this again as my preferred accommodation.

The room was very nice lovely new bathroom. The complimentary drinks, biscuits and strawberries were a very nice touch and much appreciated! Also nice coffee and plenty of supplies. The owner very friendly as was Slippers the cat!

Wonderful place hosted by a tremendously friendly and helpful chap. The facilities in the room were amazing, with fresh strawberries and locally made biscuits, a hot string shower and comfy beds. Breakfast was superb. Absolutely perfect, thank you!

Mum and I had travelled to Scotland to visit family and stayed at Bamse B&B. The owners were really lovely and welcoming as were Slippers and Bear (who was so excited to meet us). Nothing was too much trouble for Euan and Gordon and we will definitely stay there again if we need a B&B in the future.

Gordon and his partner were extremely welcoming, friendly and relaxed. The room was immaculate and the 'welcome tray' exquisite. Lovely quiet location with a super breakfast.

Where the bed was in the room there was a cold draught coming in the window just above where your head was on the pillow. I did close the vents on the windows and also pulled the curtains tighter, however you still felt the cold draught. Be good if there was a cancellation policy as my work sometimes gets cancelled at very short notice. I would lose my money if trip cancelled. Totally appreciate though as a B&B this is difficult to do. However this may put me off using it.

The Breakfast was lovely, great choice and host is very accommodating. Nice touches in the room, with shampoo and conditioner (which I forgot) also a lovely welcome basket which was fab as I had been travelling and arrived very late so couldn't get food. Sky t.v in room and free Wi-Fi which was great as i had to do some work on arrival
