Everything was perfect, no complaints :)

Upon arrival we were greeted by a staff lady who kindly helped us to our room and even helped carry our luggage, the room was absolutely spotless, so clean and tidy and looked just as the photos had shown. Comfy bed, lovely bathroom, everything you would expect. Every guest was asked what time slot they would like breakfast which helped meet our needs to eat early and at the quietest time, good selection for breakfast, my girlfriend who is vegan was perfectly happy to have toast and jams every morning and i was happy to have the amazing english breakfast. Service was great, super fast, no problems with the food. Great location to attend a gig at the O2 Academy in boscombe, also was a fine walk into Bournemouth town.

Nothing could have been better. Everything was excellent. The serving staff for breakfast was very helpful if anyone requested something different.

Everything was excellent with our room. Our one disappointment was that the Premier Inn opposite was the only place within walking distance to obtain an evening meal.

The TV was fine, well positioned but was really only Freeview. OK for BBC1 etc. Picture/sound quality was good. This is not a deal maker unless you plan on staying in the room a lot.

Reception, cleaning, lots of in room coffee,tea,biscuits renewed daily. Rooms have high ceilings, well soundproofed. Nice bar area, small but comfy common TV room. Room had four chairs, large bed, very clean, all staff were very helpful. breakfast was very comprehensive, served quickly. It is about a mile from the city center, and even nearer to the beach, fine location.

Breakfast well served and set out with a good range of choices. Room slightly small but comfortable and good choice of tea, coffee etc. On a number of bus routes to and from town centre. Fifteen minute walk to railway station. Good centre for visiting Swanage, Weymouth and New Forest. Room clean and comfortable.

need to walk a distance to beach, not too far but need to walk 15mins. it's better to allow check out time at 11am or noon, 10:30 is a bit rush.

hot and tasty English full breakfast with toast, fruits, cereals, juice n yogurt. great service, decoration, comfortable dinning room. Double room is spotless clean with unique decoration, just like living at home. There were chocolate, cookies, coffee and tea in the bedroom, so thoughtful of the host. Must return if we visit Bournmouth again.

Only as a suggestion, in room 8 swap the wardrobe and dressing table around OR put another socket next to the dressing table so that the hairdryer marries up with the mirror...

We enjoyed a wonderful overnight stay here. The staff were lovely, our room was light, airy, and spacious with a very comfortable Queen sized bed. The en-suite shower room was immaculate. The decor throughout the property was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing! with so much choice 5*
