I can’t think of anything vital which was an issue. The shower door could do with a refit (started to gap half way up but doesn’t leak too much). The wardrobe is a little wobbly but really these things are so minor I feel churlish mentioning them.

Property was easy to find and well located within walking distance (20 minutes) of the town centre. There was a drive which might take two cars but also plenty of on street parking outside the property. The apartment was very clean, reasonably spacious and very well equipped including plenty of toiletries, towels, coffee machine and cafetière. A lot of thought has gone into the decor and facilities making for a thoroughly enjoyable stay and Annette was helpful and communicative throughout. Can’t really fault the property, shame about the barking dog which sounded right outside the flat every early morning, but that’s hardly anything to complain about! We would happily recommend this place if visiting Cromer or North Norfolk in general and look forward to returning some time.

We are used to a slightly bigger bed but that is a personal preference and not a reflection on the property. The instructions for the hob were a little confusing as they suggest you need to look for a wall socket to switch the hob on when it is simply a switch on the appliance itself. Not a big deal but possibly something that could be made clearer.

Annette has thought of everything you could possibly need - there is even a drawer with "things you may have forgotten" just to be on the safe side! Accommodation is comfortable, clean and light and in a quiet location. Parking is easy either on the driveway or on the road directly outside.

A lovely 1st floor apartment with everything you could possibly need. In a good location on the outskirts of Cromer with good parking and easy access to the coast path. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay at- has everything you need and feels like a home form home. I have stayed there before and highly recommendable and looking forward to going back. Pet friendly (10 pounds extra), fully equipped kitchen, wifi, parking, walking 10 min to beach and 15 min to Cromer.

The apartment is so well equipped, lots of little touches like hairdryer, straighteners, a selection of 'bits you may have forgotten'. The apartment is a short walk into Cromer and in the opposite direction is a nice walk along the coastal path, we walked to the Cliff Top Cafe which took about 40 minutes for a nice bit of cake and a pot of tea, lovely and dog friendly. The apartment has everything you need would recommend. Had a lovely bite to eat and some good cider at The Red Lion pub in Cromer.

A bit of a walk to central Cromer (c.20mins) but we were aware of this when booking.

Double bed was a little snug if you are used to a king size, however it was very comfortable with good quality bedding.

Very well equipped. Good communication. Very quiet area with lovely woodland and cliff walks for the dog. Lots of coffee and tea options. Nice little treats and touches for the dog. Felt very welcomed and spoilt.

How bright and airy the rooms were, wonderful attention to detail. Everything you could ever need, from coffee machine, sandwich toaster, hair dryer and straightners, to small things, you may have forgotten! Fresh flowers was also a lovely touch, as was milk in the fridge. Also, I felt very safe and secure.
