Extremely spacious for an apartment. It was exceptionally clean and well situated for the center of town. Own parking space.

Requirement to clean surfaces prior to departure. Surely they're going to be cleaned anyway. Seemed a little OTT.

If I was going to be very, very picky - parking space was very tight and I had to move neighbours’ bins every time we had to use the car (but we do have a big car) - only one toilet roll, no spare - no paper towels - information of Nespresso machine in the flat would be greatly appreciated as we do drink Nespresso coffee at home, therefore we would have brought coffee capsules

Great apartment, spacious enough for the family of 4. Very comfortable with everything you may need. Clean. On the first floor with parking space, what seems to be a luxury in Whitby. Very close to the harbour, walking distance to most of the places.

Soundbar wasn't working, nor were the lights in the stairwell which made it really difficult to unlock door in dark! Also, it wasn't clear where the recycling bin was for the apartment....? Minor things, but bit annoying

Parking space was tight but as everything was walking distance we didn’t need to move the car once in (and was a bonus to have).

Spacious, well equipped apartment just a 5 minute walk from the centre. Had a great stay and a great night’s sleep.

There was nothing not to like. Modern, well equipped, dead comfy bed & perfect location. Allocated parking bay a big plus. We booked this the day before we travelled & Whitby turned out to be a great place to stay for a Christmas break.

Perfect location close to the centre of Whitby. Shops, bars and restaurants all within a short walk of the property. The apartment has all you need for a home from home break.

Key box could be a little more visible. Confusion with the other keybox below it is possible. Takes a little time to work out where the apartment and associated parking is located upon arrival in the general apartment area.

Location, comfort, parking, modern design. Quality of the apartment build. Apartment felt secure. Excellent price for 3 nights.

The outside and staircase lighting was not working, had to struggle on stairs with phone torch. ( when fixed ... problem gone )² No DVD player.

Excellent Apartment Spotlessly Clean and ideal location, Everything you needed was in the Apartment and Parking was a great bonus. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would Recommend to everyone, Hosts always in touch if you needed anything and if we visited Whitby again would certainly book again.

Parking was bit of an issue as the parking space was such a tight fit.

Modern, clean apartment in a great location - only a few minutes walk from the centre of town, the bus station and train station. Everything that you'd need for a comfortable stay is within the apartment, including a decent hoover and washer/dryer, which came in really useful with two young children! We didn't meet the hosts but they were regularly in touch over email and their instructions for check in were very clear! Really lovely stay and Whitby was a beautiful place with plenty to do for a young family.
