Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We were greeted at reception and taken to our accommodation by the re ceptionist even though it meant changing buildings. Looked after exceptionally well. Super breakfast served by a smiling young lady making a great finish to our stay and start to our day.

United KingdomWe stayed in Room 2 which had a separate private bathroom we were aware of this when we booked but in future I think we would prefer en suite. Also the bed in room 2 was a 3/4 bed rather than a double so my partners feet were off the end he’s only 5’8 so he couldn’t really stretch out.
Food was lovely , Staff were really lovely. Beautiful surroundings good location. All very clean and rooms finished to a high standard. The nespresso machine was an extra nice touch.

United KingdomBeautiful, quiet location, just a short drive from Henley. We booked 3 rooms for 7 people and a small dog. All rooms were immaculate with great facilities; big walk in shower and shower products, TV, free wifi, USB ports for charging phones, small fridge with water bottle. Really comfy beds! I think we ordered everything from the breakfast menu which had a great choice for vegetarians, vegans and meat eaters alike. Even the dog got a sausage :) Our waitress was delightful and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay again and hopefully use the gym!

United KingdomFor me; the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Wanting only a light breakfast I ordered toast. It arrived pre-buttered, (soggy) and served a little pretentiously on a slate.
Lovely quiet location, not too far from Henley should you need to go into town. Plenty of on-site parking. Very well presented room, with modern decor, clean and well maintained with nice fresh linens etc. Lovely spacious shower. Light snacks available at the bar if you arrive early. Breakfast looked great, with a good choice of options available.Overall a good place to stay.

We stayed in room 6, ideal for us . Close to car park and no stairs to climb. Breakfast was excellent, well cooked and with a good choice. The room was clean and well presented. A couple of minor problems in the bathroom, the shower started dripping in the middle of the night and the towel rail did not heat. The problems were reported to Charlotte who was extremely helpful. Overall an excellent stay.

United KingdomWhile it’s a lovely peaceful location and not situated too far from the main Henley town centre, the road to town is not really suitable for walking. It’s only a mile, but there are no real pathways. Which means it’s either. taxi or drive into town.
Nice location, situated on a golf course. Good sized room which was well equipped and furnished to a high standard.
