You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The bedroom (14) was really nicely decorated with a comfy bed and a big bay window. On second floor so lots of stairs. Zein was very welcoming. Amazing mirrors in the dining room and a hearty breakfast.

Zain met us when we arrived he was very pleasant and helpful. Room and hotel was spotless and lovely and warm. Lovely hot water in the morning and clean towels. Short walk to all bars. Breakfast was freshly cooked.

United KingdomThe hotel wasn't what we expected it didn't look like the pictures on the website. No parking outside the hotel as advertised (but he did arrange free parking) the hotel decor is dated but clean, the price was expensive for what we stayed in.
The owner was a great host,very polite and helpful. He arranged free parking and delivered a superb cooked English breakfast.
