We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I loved that Josh from reception is very customer service oriented and every time that we returned to this hotel he did his best to help us with reservations, with bookings for the car. Whatever we would have asked him he did his best to come with a suggestion or an answer in the shortest time. Me and my colleagues felt so relieved when we saw that he was on duty because it made all the time our check in so fast and for us really means a lot as we are not having always a long rest in between duties. Congratulations Josh.

Typically I avoid that services due to the cost but here there was no up charge for it so it was lovely to be able to call down and have food brought up after a long day out. The staff were all very polite and helpful during our stay. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the UK.

We were upgraded to a suite which was fantastic. As I had stated the visit was for a birthday the staff had left a small cake to celebrate. Despite being on a runway the rooms were quite and the food was excellent

Mors knowledge on the tv example channel 109 sky show case they had swat and hawi five o on from 3 till 5 tv required a pin code because of the time showing standard feature on all tvs but not one person could help me

United KingdomThere were a ice bucket and glasses, also customer left over used dinner plates, they were all left in the side lift, the lift on the right of the entrance, the bucket and glasses was left since Friday afternoon until Saturday midnight when I came back from work.
All the staffs are very friendly and good manners.
