The shower door was hanging off, the TV remote didn't work and the ceiling tiles need replacing!

Location is excellent, the studio was nice, well equipped with kitchen, microwave, fridge etc.

Behind the headboard of the beds are cobwebs and dust collecting, the top of the doors have dust and dirt, as well as the lights, and the bathroom floor needs a proper clean

The quietness and isolation of each room, the set up of the room was quite nice as well

Just a couple things. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, so I needed to buy my own, and the shower only had lukewarm water which turned cold within a few moments.

I liked the location and being able to control the heat in the room. The staff were always available to help when needed, and very polite.

The location was perfect for my stay, whoever goes to the swn festival is right in the middle of the action. Nice house and comfy bed. Recommended!

Two things . ! 1 the Random ,maybe every 2 hours of the noise in bathroom ???? Guess electric toilet system, which was bit annoying. NO idea if in any other rooms. 2 The milk was NOT topped up. so wasnt enough milk, for our 3 night stay. Especially ONLY 5 on arrival. Wasnt important to contact management. !!!!!!!!!! as NO onsite staff to ask.

My second stay at this hotel. Simple check in via PIN Code via email and text on day before. The room clean as routine. Simple walking distance to centre for shops and pubs, etc of Cardiff and train station. Quiet area after night out.

The Wifi needs improvement, keeps dropping......

The staff is very helpful and answer to our questions promptly. We have a letter sent to us before our stay and Josh personally sent it to us in the room. The room is clean and the toilet is huge and bright. Good hot water shower. Castle is only 10 minutes walk away, and there is a beautiful park just across the road.

The rooms really need a deadlock on the inside, or at least a "Do Not Disturb" sign you can hang on your door. I don't need to be worried about a cleaner walking in while I'm in the shower or changing! And it would just feel safer, when sharing a house with strangers, to be able to lock the room from the inside. Also, bring earplugs! I had to check that the window wasn't open I could hear people talking outside so clearly! And the walls are pretty thin so I could hear other guests arguing/on the phone/kids crying and running around. The only other issue was the shower. The water pressure was pretty bad on all settings, but on the setting with the best pressure the only temperatures available were freezing or scalding. So I had to settle for terrible water pressure but at an acceptable temperature!

The bed was comfy. The location is great for the city centre. The TV had Netflix etc and there was a good stock of tea and coffee. Good value.

The location is fantastic, right opposite the Principality Stadium, on the river. Very easy 10 minute walk in to the centre of Cardiff and very the the main station. The room was cosy and just right for what I needed - it was quiet and the bed was comfy. This isn't 5 star accommodation, but for the price, its a really good deal and its so convenient for town.

Bathroom tired. Crack in sink fan didn’t work light in mirror didn’t work light pull cord needs replacing towel rail didn’t work toilet kept going off during the night shower mouldy. No hairdryer as stated. Had to keep blinds closed as looked straight out onto properties. Radiator needed painting.Noisy with people coming/going early hours of morning so sleep was poor
