Super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel with a nice bar and restaurant and very well located. Our room was beautiful very clean and comfortable, large bathroom and shower. High quality sheets and towels, everything about this hotel is luxurious. But the nicest thing was the Happy Birthday Ballon and delicious piece of cake that was waiting for us in our room :). These little extra nice touches make you come back again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cannot think of anything that could have been better. Maybe reservations for two people at the hot tub instead of sharing. But that would be greedy.

Great location and lovely accommodation. The restaurant was both welcoming and excellent food. The separate bar area was intimate and relaxing. The concierge were more than happy to assist with theatre tickets. All the staff were impeccable, so much so we returned a few days later and extended our stay. A truly wonderful find and will definitely return again.

The air conditioning system in our room had an annoying clicking noise that disturbed my wife’s sleep. Ear plugs were required.

Comfortable and convenient place to stay. Very cozy. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and there's often a variety of amenities available such as room service and “The View” lounge as well as complementary snacks.

If you're a good person, you won't be able to excel. They talk to you in a way that makes you an illusion. It's a normal thing, and after you prove to them that you paid the full amounts with the services, they're trying to put the subject as as being honoured by them to not count it! The style should be more professional

Thay keep asking about tips like it’s something important and they add it in the room bill as ( service charge)

The location of the room , the elevator was to small. Additionally, the room is not connected to the hotel lobby , it’s kind of disconnected from the hotel. Also we asked for a twin bed at check in and he said it’s Available. However , as we arrived at the room it’s a king bed. The facility of going underground to the room from the hotel isn’t nice.

1. The elevator was out of service most of the time. It's very inconvenient and frustrating. I haven't experienced anything like this in previous hotels. 2. The way the final bill settlement is done was tricky and not professional. They automatically charged me for optional services and tips without my consent. We had to argue with them before they returned the money and acknowledged the mistake.

The location and the room size. The lounge on the 10th floor is elegant and comfortable The staff Monica, Luana, and Daniel were outstanding professionals.

The in room televisions do not support Airplay nor have apps which makes for limited choice of one wishes to relax with a film or show at the end of the evening.

The entire experience of staying at the Athenaeum never disappoints. The hotel is supremely well appointed, the staff are simply wonderful, they are always on hand when needed and seem to be able to anticipate one’s needs or find a solution to any issue.
