We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoom was very dated but it did take me back to my childhood in the 70's which was nice. Shower doesnt drain very well so after 5 mins or so you are worried the water will overspill the shower base.
Plenty of parking, close to the town centre. Although I didnt use the facilities it looked like there was a lot there - 2x pool tables etc in a games room, a stage and bar in a main area. Very cheap for a room with breakfast.

United Kingdom- First and foremost - some staff. Most were lovely, but the female member of reception staff was rude and ignorant. Some breakfast staff were clearly inexperienced and a bit scatty (one didn't know what muesli was), but this wasn't deliberate, unlike the female receptionist. - Noisy - could hear TV and conversations in other rooms and the sound of the floor creaking when people walked in rooms above was ridiculous. Kept awake till 1am/2am most nights because of this.
- Good-sized room (I'd booked a single but was upgraded to a double). - Great value. - Great breakfast.
