It was better than expected, beautifully clean and the owner was very helpful. Great place to access in and around Barnstaple, Braunton and Croyde. We stayed in April but in the Summer, there is space to sit and eat outside.

We arrived quite late on Friday but Becky had messaged us with details of how to get to the caravan and had even left some lights on for us! It was quiet, clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We were only there for 3 nights but the bed was very comfy and we really enjoyed our stay there. Would not hesitate to book again in the future!

The WiFi stopped working and couldn't be fixed during my stay.

Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans. Fantastic sized fridge. Parking right beside the caravan. The mattresses were really comfortable (although double had sagging indentations). Clean bathroom and master ensuite. Fresh living room carpet.

No complaints as couldn’t really fault either the accommodation or the site as they adequately catered for our needs. We will certainly use this accommodation again.

Location was good and easily accessible. The site was quiet and overall clean. Accommodation was very nice and upon arrival the host had gone the extra mile to ensure we felt immediately at home and added a few thoughtful additions. The information provided was both helpful and informative.

The caravan was maintained to a good standard by the owners and had lovely touches such as the matching decor. Becky is a fabulous host and it was extremely kind of her to leave us some fresh milk for our arrival. She’d also left fresh flowers and put the fan on due to it being an extremely hot day. Very thoughtful.

The accommodation was very clean and tidy and was on a small quiet site, which was great for us! The location was ideal to visit places like Croyde, Woolacombe, Lynton, Westward Ho, just to name a few. Becky and Mike made us feel very welcome and kept us informed throughout our stay.

The accommodation was exactly as described. Was not disappointed in any way and would highly recommend it. Everything was there that you could possibly need, including a pint of milk.

Hard to find anything not to like. The only issue (which isn't under the host's control!) was having to cycle on a very busy dual carriageway for a short distance before joining the traffic-free Tarka Trail.

The extremely comfy bed and great shower! Both really appreciated after a day's cycling! The location was great for us to explore both the Camel Trail, and the Tarka Trail.

Nothing! Everything was perfect for us!

Everything. The holiday house is very clean, well equipped. The holiday house is in very quite area, but quite central. We explored a few beaches near by, everything is quite close. I hope we can come back in summer. The house has a huge terrace which would be lovely to use when weather is nice. We met a few "neighbours ", everyone was very friendly and we felt like at home. Becky and Mike are amazing hosts. We arrived a little early and they were very nice about it. It was very nice to find fresh flowers, vine and chocolate. They even had a present under the tree for our boy. One of the best houses and hosts and we travel a lot!

Just a tiny niggle - the sinks in both loos need a seal on the plug as the water runs away with the plug in!

Everything about the caravan was beautifully modern and clean. We had a lovely stay and the Tarka Trail was close by, which we came for. Good eve meal just down the road at Heanton Court, a lovely olde worlde place. We may be back!
