Beautiful building, well cared for and in a superb location. Everything within easy walking distance. The team on site were fantastic, nothing too much trouble.

Maybe a desk in the room if required. I was writing on one of the very wet days and evenings. But then, I didn't ask.

Huge breakfasts. Something I never have, so it made a change. On holiday, you do different things to your usual routine. That's what makes it a holiday. Well furnished room and great (functioning) shower. So often, showers can be a bane.

The bed was noisy as you turned over which was disturbing in the night, the mattress felt like it needed to be turned.

Location was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, a great start to the day.

This was the perfect place to stay in beautiful Grassington. Room 3 was cute, cosy and clean, the bathroom was stunning. Prosecco in the room and a view of the garden. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was amazing. The perfect location, right in the centre of Grassington village, with parking. We will definitely be returning since my boyfriend ended up proposing on a stunning walk while we were here. It’s just gorgeous. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Exceptionally warm and friendly welcome. Lovely room with great facilities and free parking on the premises. Great breakfast !!! Perfect location. The Christmas decorations were still up which made it altogether a wonderful experience.

Our room would benefit from blackout blinds/curtains as there is a security light that shines into the room at night.

Our mattress was just a little too soft for my needs.

The charming surroundings, the many little extras, the parking, the gorgeous garden, the town, the beautiful walks, the fabulous breakfast and especially the loveliest people who took care of us during our too brief stay.

Lots of lovely personal touches such as mulled wine, sherry and mince pies on arrival. Prosecco in the bedroom and as it was my wife's birthday they served bucks fizz with breakfast. High quality bedding, towels and toiletries made the stay feel luxurious. And a generous breakfast with many options for those with dietary requirements. Overall just a lovely place to stay.

My partner and I had the most amazing stay at Ashfield House. Lynne and Steve were the most amazing hosts, welcoming us from the moment we arrived - Steve even got wet through in the rain to help us find a parking space, really going the extra mile after a long journey in terrible weather conditions. When we entered the property, we were offered a complimentary upgrade to the Garden Suite which elevated our stay to the next level, especially as we were celebrating our anniversary. The Garden Suite was absolutely stunning - we were greeted with complimentary Prosecco, a cosy fire and a beautifully decorated room. The whole feel of Ashfield House was homely and welcoming, we loved every minute and nothing was too much trouble. The following morning we were brought a delicious and varied breakfast to our room, including a high quality full cooked English breakfast and pastries - we had a feast! Having breakfast in our room made our stay even more special. We didn’t want to leave Ashfield House and will definitely be back, we have already recommended it to all our friends and family. The location is amazing, so close to the centre of beautiful Grassington where we enjoyed a meal at the Devonshire pub. Thank you Lynne and Steve for such a memorable stay.
