Really creaky floor even though we were on the ground floor and the walls must be really thin because we could hear coughing and walking around through the night.

The room was absolutely spotless, we didn’t have breakfast because we had an early flight. The bathroom was lovely with a fab shower. I met the housekeeper and he was very friendly and very helpful.

Didn’t get to meet the host/ staff so didn’t feel as welcoming as the other B&Bs we had been to. The breakfast was self service but lacked some choice and we ran out of a few items as more people came down to have breakfast but otherwise all good.

The room was good and had all the necessities we were expecting. It was clean and comfortable. We were checking in late so the self check in with the key and lock box was very helpful. The host is also quick to respond to messages so it was good.

Property is a little old or dated but clean. The room very generous in size. Great public transport access to the city. The host is male… unusual for a B&B… he’s a character and extremely helpful.

Lack of personal contact. Only one staff member in evidence. Showed no interest in guests. Coffee had been sitting in small cafetieres for who knows how long ... tepid. Small gripes really. Would stay again if necessary.

Dining room was a little uninviting. Especially at breakfast where it was help yourself. No staff on hand and had to find out where things were ourselves. That said, for the price of the stay and convenience to Airport, breakfast was adequate.

The room was clean albeit a little outdated, but comfortable for a one night stay. Room was ready when we arrived early, which was a bonus. Host was friendly and attentive even booking our taxi for the following morning to go to the airport, which was close by.

The heat in the room was not working, so it was a little cold. The walls are very thin so u could hear almost everything in the next room, even people snoring. Location is a bit far from the city center, and the bus outside gets each 1 hour. Besides all that, it is a good place for one night.

Room is very nice and clean. Breakfast very complete and fresh. Our check in was very late but the staff was really nice to help us and get to the room.

The surrounding area isn’t very appealing however it didn’t matter much given we were there only a night and it’s close to the airport. Not a lot of sound proofing between the rooms. We could hear the guy in the next room coughing through the night.

Very friendly and helpful host. He welcomed us on arrival and offered local tips for dinner. He was very approachable and available. As we were leaving early he kindly explained how we could help ourselves to breakfast provisions before we headed to the airport. The location is excellent for people on early flights like us - literally 5 minutes from George Best airport. The property is set well back from the road so it’s quiet. Plenty of onsite parking. Nice hot showers and comfortable beds.

Very near to city center ,Bus stop on the main door.Easy and Smooth checkin at 7pm.Nice spacious, warm and cosy Room.Bed and pillows were comfortable.Clean Room and toilet.Host was welcoming and helpful,guided us in detail about the room,stay and Breakfast.Continental fresh breakfast between 8to10am.Price very economical.Although I visited from Dublin but it was very near to airport.Recommended to all.

A bit expensive for what it was, I thought. Essentially just a bed for the night. I left before breakfast so can't comment on that. Not that easy to find as it is set back from the road. Having said all that, I would stay there again.

Basic bed and breakfast, reasonably comfortable, and within 25 minutes walk of Belfast City Airport. Peter, the friendly staff member on duty, very kindly walked me to the airport the evening I arrived, which meant I knew the way to catch my early flight next morning. If you want somewhere convenient for the airport, look no further. There is a good bus service from outside the place into Belfast City Centre.
