Wifi had connection problems all the time but Colin tried his best to sort it out everytime There is no cellphone signal in the building which was really annoying

The apartment would be much better if a hob was included: we had brought food which we could heat up in the microwave as I had seen from the photos that there was no hob or oven. I'm not sure why frying pans and a set of knives are provided if the only means of cooking is a microwave? All other cooking facilities were good: cutlery, crockery, toast and kettle and the fridge is a decent size with a very efficient freezer compartment.

Good location in a quiet residential area. Arrival and checking in was straightforward and the apartment was clean and recently decorated. Good to fins somewhere which is pet friendly.

The room looked undone. There was stains on the walls and the wooden nooks of windows were scratched. The blinds in the kitchen were broken and couldn't be lifted. Also there was a strange smell on one side of the bed, it smelled like urine.

The building was very secure and we felt safe. The apartment was clean and well organised.

The room was advertised at £40 per night, but the end price was £70 as there is a hidden £30 cleaning fee.

The location is very convenient for car drivers (next to motorway junction) and also only 5 mins walk to the manchester metro station.

Some parts of the room you could tell hadn't been cleaned properly in a while but other than that it was a pleasant stay and would stay again.

It was convenient and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy, huge TV and we had all the facilities we required.

It's a shame dogs are allowed in, this is not something I realised prior to booking, as there was dog hairs covering the bed sheet, such a shame as the room had such potential, the issue was raised with staff and they did their best to resolve it.

Such a cute little place to stay, handy that the shop is just across the road, very convenient, staff were friendly and very helpful.

We did have to park in the street in front of the apartment as the parking was full at the apartment but there is approx 15 spaces so maybe that is normally enough.

we travelled in a large group, 16 of us, 5 rooms but it was perfect for what we used it for, somewhere to stay closer to Chester Zoo. The apartment blocks have more rooms that I thought (probably a dozen or so) but each seemed clean, modern, comfortable. the room I slept in had clean towels, amenities, bed was good.

I found cigarettes and ash in the room and it smelled like smoke. Also it was fairly noisy with the rooms either side. Some facilities, like the ironing board, were broken or faulty.

The style of room was great, perfect when travelling alone. The staff were helpful and available. The building felt secure and modern. I liked that the kitchen had all the equipment you’d need for a longer stay.
