The room was clean but very spartan - usually get pictures on the walls. The venetian blind needed replacing, which I passed on as friendly feedback when I left. I got the impression they are trying to upgrade as they go.

Value for a very budget room for one transit traveller. I didn't order breakfast. The bed was comfortable. There was always a staff member around so good for coming back from a concert and there was a bar. I was on the fourth floor but there was a lift. Chosen because it is very near Glasgow Central Station and walking distance to the other stations as I had to leave via Queen Street Station.

There was even a bath as well as a shower although I assume I had to ask at reception for a plug if I wanted to bathe. The carpet in my room badly needed replacing.

My second stay in a week (in transit to a Hebrides cruise) and a much better room (higher price as I had chosen breakfast as well). Chosen for being so near Glasgow Central Station. There is always a staff member available which is good for returning late from a concert. Breakfast was a choice of continental style meat/cheese, variety packs of cereal and individually wrapped morning goods. Tea was made for me and brought out. A pleasant stay.

Room was badly in need of an update and floorboards quite creaky.

My stay here was as expected for the price and could honestly not complain. Room was a little tired looking and in need of a makeover but bathroom was clean and bed comfortable. Ideal for 1 or 2 nights and staff were pleasant. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is a bit tired and needs some love and care. My room is good value for money however but needed attention. Tiles in bathroom need repair and carpet is worn.

Location is fantastic, staff are very good. Friendly, welcoming and attentive. Indian restaurant attached has lovely food and fantastic service.

I could only get signal for one channel on the TV. The bed could have been comfier.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very good value for money. I was lucky to get a twin room when I was only there myself. That was very considerate.

The finish in the rooms was old and not in good shape. Carpet worn and bathroom had poor finishing with some loose and cracked tiles.

The tiles on the bathroom floor were all loose, I caught my toe on a floor tile more than once as they were uneven due to them not being secure to the floor, the tv only had 1 channel which was channel 4, our friends were in a room opposite & they had a drip from their towel rail in the bathroom.

could hear all the noices from the street even in upper floors. not the busiest street though so got also a good night sleeps

Location is great, near the main station and bus stop to the airporty is within a walking distance. Room itself was big enough for one person ja it was clean. Bed was confortable, not too soft neither too hard.
