First of all, the instructions to finding the property were non existent. We assumed it would be in the same block as where the key was. We walked round for ages wasting time until we found someone to help us. The car park instructions were also poor. It didn’t say to go to the bottom floor and use the key fob to open the shutters. The twin bedroom is very basic. There is no mirror and the lighting is poor. The bathroom lighting is very dull too. There is no toaster in the kitchen which is an essential appliance. Most of the blinds were broken and looked very untidy.

The apartment was amazing! Spacious, clean and a great location. We had a great weekend and we would stay again.

Collecting keys from their 'hiding' place is not that easy. There are limited places to pull in to access the key boxes, which are a little way from the flat. Parking although free is not close to the flat, but over the road and quite difficult to access, so if you are bringing provisions, or find difficulty walking long distances, it's a long way to transport. We parked in the car park next to the flat on Trawler Road, which cost £5 a day. There is a lift to the flat, however you need to climb several steps to get to the front door. There is a car park under the building and we have surmised that if you had access to this car park the lift would take you straight from the car park to the flat. We were puzzled as to why the flat parking was not provided underneath the building, opening this lovely flat up to disabled/wheelchair users. There is no ordinary toaster in the property. A sandwich toaster is supplied, but you can't do your morning toast in this. There was insufficient cutlery for 4 people and only 1 frying pan, 1 large saucepan and 1 'rusty' looking oven tray, so self catering was difficult. We could not afford to eat out every night. There are no instruction manuals for the equipment available in the flat or a welcome folder with information. These are small things that do not take too much time to correct. The double bedroom shown in the Booking.com info shows access on both sides of the bed. This is not the case and access to the left side is very limited due to an overlarge bedside cabinet on the right side pushing the bed very close to the wall. Squeezing down the small gap, with a 'gammy' leg, (as I could not climb over the bed), was difficult each night.

Large flat. Lovely view. Good heating. Access to a small supermarket is very close, as are pubs and eateries. There were a number of small problems, which I have detailed below. Should the owners consider correcting these the stay would have been improved.

Blinds are a bit of a faff ,some need replacing. We left the key in the box ,as instructed but cleaner couldn't find the keys 2 hours later...we returned to check if the keys were there and they still were..not sure how the confusion arose. All sorted in the end.

Great location, well equipped apartment. Nicely decorated, great bath ,lovely ensuite.Celine was a great host and instructions were great. We loved the apartment , highly recommend.

Not much that we didn’t like as it was a beautiful place. One thing is that we had to guess which level the apartment was on as I couldn’t remember seeing it in the instructions.

Very spacious and comfortable, great area as it’s close to the town but not near the busy part of it. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Good instructions of how to get the keys and where to go.

Some areas in the apartment need a deep cleaning. For example, fridge had a stale smell inside and exhaust fan in the bathroom was very dusty. One of the bed was shaky. Key to Sheltered car park didn’t work

Apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils needed to have a simple meal. Bed was very comfy.

Had a bit of an issue trying to find the key, but once we located it everything was great.

Perfect location, was really comfortable. The balcony was a lovely peaceful place to sit and have a drink after our night out at the Arena.

Be aware that whilst there are good cooking facilities available including microwave, toastie machine and small air fryer, big fridge freezer, oven etc.. cooking equipment is limited - no cheese grater , wooden spoons, oven dishes, toaster, bread knife, and only one large saucepan and a frying pan.

The location was great for access to the mumbles and exploring gower beaches, close town and theatre, Apartment was spacious and we loved the little balcony overlooking the marina. Bed was comfortable and there were two bathrooms. All was very clean and communication with owner was good. Parking was easy and included in price so no additional charge

No mirror in second bedroom. This room would be on the small side for 2 adults whereas the main bedroom is spacious. The key was not in the box at the correct time. The phone number to contact was incorrect but gave the correct number. We had to wait to get the keys. Carparking would be easier with paper instructions.

A spacious apartment in a good location for walking to the town centre, beach, museums, cafes and restaurants. Also easy to get to by car. Lovely view of the Marina from the balcony but very quiet. Good quality bedding and towels and comfortable beds. We didn`t cook but there seemed to be plenty of equipment.
