The original caravan we was meant to stay in had issues but the owner was quick enough to sort us another caravan on the same site which wasn’t an issue

The caravan beds were comfy and the caravan was clean , only a short walk to the beach

We lost power and gas on the second night until the next morning which is not good and for the exact same to happen the following night was a joke. Luckily is was sorted far quicker than the previous night. This wasn't good at all!

The location was good and a fair price for the weekend.

The caravan was very smelly,there was air fresheners plugged in every plug and loose paving at bottom of steps and unlevel which I fell up ,also living room area seating,some of it was unstable and couldn’t sit on my Grandaughter fell though it when she sat down ,I think caravan needs a little tlc to be fair

Location was a nice site and easy to get to the beach and walking distance to bus stops

Mattress in most bedrooms needed replacing. Tv only had free view, although remote had other alternatives but they didn't work. No Dvd player as stated. No board games as stated.

As it was a 6/8 berth and I'd said that 5 of us would be staying it was a little disappointing to find only 4 bowls 4 spoons so we could not all eat breakfast together Unfortunately all of us even the 7yr old grumbled over terribly uncomfortable mattresses Really time for an upgrade 😕

Our caravan was clean on arrival and in a fairly good location It was a self check in which we had received a key code for which worked well

Caravan needs a little TLC ...put new batteries in tv remote but it still did not work therefore restricted to programme choice.....cutlery miss matched and not enough of it.

Caravan was clean and no bad odours. Beds were made up ready and comfortable.

The caravan was dirty with limited facilities.. The cutlery drawer was not secure and fell out when I used it making it dangerous. There was a heater that wasn't pat tested and the plug got extremely hot burning my fingers when I took the plug out of the socket.

The Floors where filthy and the whole place  smelt of stale cigarette smoke, and the wifi was poor. and the smoke alarm was in a cupboard with no batteries in it.

The kitchen appliances and bedding were clean.

no curtains in the bedroom, caravan very tired and not looked after. bathroom sink tap leaking, living room blind missing, main door blind hanging off, contacted owner but never got resolved or offered any kind of compensation or money back, pictures and description for caravan not true. I would not book again this accommodation or with this owner.

It was smelly, the carpet and sofas in the living room were dirty and smelly, WiFi was not working, it got connected but Internet was not available, the owner does not pickup the phone to hear the concerns, but rather ignore it and did not respond to when I said Internet is not working. There were no bedsheets, pillow covers, duvet covers on beds , there were no towels in the toilet, when I complained, the owner said, I had to order them while booking it via booking. Com, whereas it was not mentioned there that these will not be provided. The TV remote was not working. So it was a very poor experience, I will not book an individual owner caravan again, as there was no security gates or personal, nor any reception at this location.

I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARAVAN!!!!!!!! We came here to have a lovely family time and end it up with awful experience. The owner is one rude woman. We reported a leak from the boiler and she did not have done a thing. She even asked us to leave. She has no manners and is far from owner who cares about customers. Luckily we booked it here on booking and they have sort it out our issue.

Nothing as our stay was ruined by the owner of this caravan. To us it seems as long the money are in the bank that is all she cars about. I would never come back or recommend this caravan to anyone especially families with kids.

it smelt awful the carpet near the door was wet .There was black mould in the freezer frozen up .The curtain was hanging off in the bedroom window.No rubbish bin or hoover.

Spent first 7 days of 17 night holiday in a smaller caravan due to this one being dirty and bedding not being changed owners have ignored all messages and booking.com not being very helpful
