Up to date information about current bus stop location to Clacton on Sea. No direct bus from location as indicated in welcome information folder. 2 minute distance became a 20 minute walk with small children due to pothole issue on access road.

Well placed for family activities. Exceptionally clean accommodation. Easy check in.

Nothing about the caravan itself but few points on park. If you need to use swimming pool then you need to book 45 mins session which is subject to availability. Arcade area was very much understaffed. On arrival had to wait few minutes at barrier before barrier was open and reception was unreachable

Caravan was very clean and main bedroom was very spacious. Park's club house was newly build. Good play area for children

Everything is like in the pictures, nothing fake. Really clean and has everything you need and more. Everything works properly(heating, water etc). Confortable beds and enough space in the rooms. Large wardrobes. Very safe for our 1year old very currios baby. Everything was just perfect, we will definitely come back.

Nothing! You wouldn't get half the stuff you do if you booked direct. No you don't get passes included but look at the extras you do get! But if being very picky a lamp would be handy as those lights at night are very bright!

Lovely well equipped modern caravan. Comfortable big bed, WiFi & TV streaming was a great addition. Lovely fire feature & cosy blankets for the evening especially in October. Super powerful shower which was lovely! The extras were an amazing help, towels, hand soap, washing up liquid, coffee, toilet roll, foil, meant we didn't have to go & buy some. The caravan was immaculate.

We were not able to use the swimming pool as it was already booked out for the only morning we were staying for.

The kids had a great time in the multiple play areas, and the clubhouse is great. The caravan itself was very clean and comfortable.

Could not get into gate had to call host for help might be worth giving future guests the barrier code. This was the only thing that let it down. And there was no park passes included.

Nothing I didn’t like.

Everything the property was very clean,comfortable and had a lot of different cleaning products which was great. Beds was very comfortable had very good range of pans and frying pans. Had double blankets in the front room as it got a little cold at night you cold use them or use the gas fire. Has family board games and puzzles to play.

Excellent caravan and host. However, complex expensive and staff rude on reception Long with security. Miss understanding with not bring told we needed passes for club . So security was rude and made us feel like bad. Never returned to site found better entertainment off site at the tudors . Also expensive children pay 5 pounds to climb the wall. Ridiculous. Will not be returning.

I came through a different entrance and drove a few times around the park looking for the caravan. If I came through the other entrance where the shop was, the caravan was easy to get too from the instructions provided. Loud music is playing in the night.

The amenities provided. I was surprised to see that tea, coffee, biscuits, and basic essentials were provided by the host. The entertainment and location.
