The details advertise water, chocolates or biscuits, and a desk - none of these are available. It mattered little to us but the listing should reflect this.

Clean and comfortable, quiet. Plenty of parking. Fresh milk and a little fridge in room. Plenty of teas and coffee. Ceri made every effort to ensure we could overcome any issues with our dog. Thank you!

Great to have a microwave but hard to use are there are no plates or cutlery to use. We choose to have breakfast in our room but was a little hard task as we were limited on what we could use

Location and value was great! Loved the decoration of the room and the colours worked really well together we stayed in and the bed was SUPER COMFY!! No problems with the WIFI, it was a little strange to walk across the hall to our bathroom but it was only 2 steps over the hall. Bathroom was lovely and had everything we needed and more. Lovely to have the extra touches in the bedroom with a microwave, fridge tea, coffee and the shortbread was delicious. There was a really good information book with every details you could of possible needed and more, it was nicely put together. Hotel was close the the main high street for evening meals and breakfast if you wanted to eat out. Plenty of parking. Host sent through all the relevant information that you needed and more. It was nice to have choice to be met or just left to your own devices

Nothing didn't like at all, there was a microwave perhaps for hot coffee, burgers etc. but only cups and glasses provided. Just a suggestion, we managed, but would have liked two cereal bowls.

Exceptionally clean, very nicely decorated, large room, very comfortable super king-sized bed. Extremely peaceful, quiet room. I would class as Super De-luxe! Included, Small fridge with milk provided on arrival, Tea, coffee, sugar and even biscuits included 💞 even a basket with washing up liquid, sponge & t-towel (very thoughtful) Bathroom/shower room is opposite the room also exceptionally clean with super thick fluffy towels, not a problem not in room; private with lock and only us upstairs. Excellent portfolio with advice, suggestions where to visit, we spent two beautiful days in Grantown, 1 day boat trip in Inverness; we were lucky enough to see basking sharks! We also went to Aviemore, mountain walk with the reindeers, fabulous day out.

Very easy to find and handy to the town. Communication with hosts was easy and clear. The room with separate dedicated bathroom across the hall was very comfortable.

The bath toilet facilities are across the hallway but private to the bedroom. Not a big deal as there are no other guests sharing the hallway.

Loved the garden! Nice outdoor area that wasn’t too pruned. Very natural environment and great for the dog.

This guest house is in a central location in Grantown on Spey. The big bed is so comfy and we really appreciated the 11am check out. There were lovely touches such as cold water in the fridge and cookies!
