An air freshener in the hallway would be of benefit as by the evening there was like a musky damp smell.... It's possibly just an old mop, though. Mattresses/ beds weren't the worst although the window side of mattress was collapsed so needs some attention.

The host was fantastic and on hand at anytime to help out. We got drenched and requested the heating on even thou it wasn't cold and our clothes were dried in a few hours. Place was spotless and everything needed was provided including ironing equipment. Shampoo, body wash, tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Loved the shower and will definitely be back!

The cold water shower didn't work, so the water gets super hot.It's too hot to have a nice comfortable shower. people smoking weed outside, and the smell gets into the room. Parking is - if you are lucky, you'll get a free parking spot outside, or else you'll have to find parking space nearby.

We love the room as it's within walking distance to all attraction znd restaurants. . Close to the sea.

No view from room window Fresh hold strip needed sticking down .my grandson cut his foot on this causing it to bleed Could do with a small lamp as big light was too bright.

Great location, nice room and quiet. Access to an iron and ironing board. Room was nice and clean, comfortable bed. Myself and my children will definitely return on our next visit to Blackpool.

Nothing we didn't like. Although the double bed needs a new mattress but I've informed the owner and he thanked me for letting him know.

The location is perfect. The owner was very friendly and polite. We text him if we need anything and he replied and dealt with things straight away.

Some noise from other guests kept our little one awake but this was the absolute only negative!

The room was spotless, very modern and a good size. Decent TV. Ideal location. Microwave was a plus. Shower was brilliant. Tea and coffee making facilities. Comfortable beds. Fan was a godsend with the heat. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely book again!

As is often the case in hotels, noise from other rooms quite loud. Noisy people staying in room above. Little children running around early in the morning woke us up both days. Not the fault of the hotel though.

Very clean, more modern than many other Blackpool guesthouses. Good facilities in the room and newly decorated bathroom that was bigger than a lot of others in similar size hotels. Excellent location very close to the promenade and tower.

Only thing I can complain about is the room was very hot BUT I can see the host has done what he could by adding a fan to the room so nothing can be done about that issue, wasn’t unbearable and should probably just feel lucky that we came when it was very sunny in Blackpool 😁

The shower had very hot water, couldn’t use or adjust it. The blinds on the window are not adequate- short for the large window. The owner should change to full length curtains.

Spacious apartment with excellent kitchen facilities. Clean bedding and good standard overall. Beds were comfortable with 2 pillows for single beds and 4 pillows for the double. There was also extra bedding for the sofa beds. Our family enjoyed the stay. Excellent location by the centre pier.

It lacked on the cleanliness side, it looked clean but then when you took a closer look, your clean socks were filthy within minutes of putting them on.

Personal preference but a blind on the bathroom / bedroom window for night time & getting kids to sleep. Maybe a fan in the room for warmer nights given windows only open so far at the back.

All the little essentials in the room & kitchen space especially when travelling with kids. Comfy duvet & tv ideal. Location great for accessing Central Pier, The Tower & surrounding attractions Sea Life, Madame Tussaud’s etc. Lots of shops etc on the nearby back streets for items like milk & cereal. Got the car parked ok as well.

Upstairs was very loud till early hours. I know it’s not the hotels fault but good to keep in mind if you have small children. A blackout blind would improve the room on an evening as the blinds didn’t really keep the sun out. Looks clean on the surface but I felt the floors needed a deep clean as were dirty to the point our feet were dirty. Maybe the nice throws over the beds should get changed for each stay as a few had marks on them.

Great location. Facilities were good. Lots of room in the downstairs apartment we stayed in. Quick to fix small issue with bedding. Very understandable about our train times so we were allowed an extra few hours free of charge.

Looked clean on the surfaces but then noticed a hair in the bed when removing the cover and the shower and other areas had not been cleaned properly Blinds did not block much light out was light constantly

Cleanliness could have been better, I didn't feel the towels were fresh and the shower could have been cleaner, the shower felt uneven when standing in it.

It was a pretty central location and the room was very modern. The gentleman was helpful when we arrived and check in was smooth.

there weren’t enough beds so two people had to sleep on the couches which were super uncomfortable and for 3 children’s an 3 adults for their to be only one double bed with two singles,I suffer with back problems so my sleep was disturbed the whole two nights and I had a very busy weekend with a child to look after but other than that it was a good time well spent

I thought they would have a private car park. However, they don't have. Booking.com didn't specify this clearly. Even the hotel guys told me that it was written on the site. But when we used the filter with the car park this hotel was picked. Hence I believe that the information was not clear. Kids on the upper floor were jumping and making so much noise, that we could have sleep properly. As we informed the hotel staff, they stopped but did the same again. The pillow was not thick enough for sleeping well.

I liked the location the most. The staff were very good. They tried to help at their best. They are very neat and clean. The room size was also good. The room stuff was good. The neighborhood was excellent.
