Great location. Short drive to Pen Y Pass car park for hiking Snowdon. Close to town. Very nice lodge. Family enjoyed staying there and would come back again!

The only thing that could have been better for our trip was the weather , everything else was superb !

Key collection was super easy , the code was sent to us before arrival . The cabin was absolutely beautiful , snug , spotless, had everything we needed, from cooking utensils to a powerful shower, crisp fresh bedding, heaters/air con in all rooms , beautiful riverside view , a little piece of heaven in wales ! Site was brilliant, chippy on site (lovely pizzas), fully stocked shop , huge restaurant/bar (food was also lovely in here), outdoor pool looked amazing , little kids park , manned reception , lots of exploring on site to do for the kids. Hosts were brilliant , we had contact via our phones from booking to our stay, right through to departure ,really lovely people. We cannot wait to return in the summer with the kids , and more so as a couple ! Most certainly will be staying again ! There was a lovely guest book with lots of reccomendations on places to visit and things to do , also full of kind and lovely thanks to the owners for sharing their ‘Happy Place’

Perfect cabin! We stayed at this property as we were climbing snowdon and it was ideal. Perfect location. The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed. The site was beautiful and the views from the cabin balcony over the site were ideal for a morning coffee and evening drinks.

Main thing was the actual walk up to the lodge from the car. It seemed to be the only lodge that you had to walk on the actual grass to gain access and was quite steep and awkard especially when carrying your belongings up etc. Also there was no street/road lighting at night and was pitch black when we walked home from the clubhouse (actually was very dangerous as the grass was damp and very uneven and if we didn't have our mobiles ( torch) we would have been in trouble.

Lodge very comfortable, unexpected items ie: salt/pepper, dish cloth/towel, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, soap. Blackout blinds and curtains good which made the rooms dark also heaters/fans on walls for cool air or heat.

The welcome pack notes was put away in a cupboard that gave us all the information we needed and had to work out. This was only found when we checked cupboards as we were leaving. Also the electric is on a pay token as you use which the cleaner had forgot to top up for our stay but was quickly remedied, and quick response and apology from the owner. So nothing really negative just small issues.

Good location to where we wanted to be and provided all that we needed for our stay. Its situated on a hill so looks over the other Holiday chalets so its nice and private. There is a large balcony which you can sit on (weather permitting) that gets the full sun into the evening. Although a little out it is walking distance into Caernarfon.

A very lovely home from home place. It was clean and tidy with everything you needed. The site was nice and quiet and the pool was nice as well. The boat was fantastic, I forgot my back heat support and he very kindly posted it back to me.

Great peaceful location, lovely south facing decking area which we spent most of our time on when at the lodge as we had amazing weather. Easy to get around Wales as a base we spent couple of days at Black rock sands and time in Caernarfon / Dinas Dinelle. Everything we needed for our stay, Tesco / Morrisons close by for shopping. Children used out door pool a couple of times and ate from takeaway on site.

Hooks for coats would really help as well as mentioning clearly on description that there is electricity meter which we found by surprise and had to drive and look for top up at dark night. Texaco was closed (it is not 24 hour service), Shell didn't have it,but pub by the resort area was able to sell it. As the nights are still quite cold, for everyone to feel ok, there is a high need of heating the house, and that's where the most of electricity went.

The only thing that it wasn't mentioned anywhere is that you need to top up your electricity, and if you don't read the leaflet that is in the chalet you won't know and could be surprised in one point when the electricity runs out. I just can say to the host to mention that in the description and make guests prepared.

Chalet is very good for family. There is everything you need for short break. Also Inside is so warm and comfy. Clean and well equipped. Location is great, holiday park nice too.

Card pay electricity meter. kept on running out of credit, even when most of the high usage equipment (Immersion Heater, heaters and cooker), was kept to a minimum.

Genuinely cannot fault a thing

The lodge was beautiful you can they are very proud of their property it was beautiful, comfy beds, beautiful soft furnishings, everything you need in the kitchen and all cleaning products on hand. Beds, bathroom, kitchen all rooms so clean and fresh like a hotel. Stayed the hottest weekend of the year and did not spend much time in the property except the veranda/outdoor area complete suntrap and extends the property. Outdoor pool and bar in the heat was like being on holiday while staying in a home away from home. Perfect location to visit most of North Wales too.
