Loft apartment means lots of stairs and parking is tricky.

Location is fantastic and the apartment is very comfortable.

Just a note, rather than a dislike ..... lots of stairs (as you would expect up to an attic. Again, not a dislike rather than an observation that because your over a restaurant you do get slight cooking smells front the vent, to be honest just made me want to buy pizza!!

The light and airy, spacious accommodation was a treat. It was individual, with quality furnishings and equipment. The views were also wonderful!

Location was excellent with superb views over the estuary. The staff were all great, helpful and friendly, and the Flame Factory restaurant served really good pizzas.

Nothing, thiswas a perfect stay. The stairs to the loft were a bit knackering, and being under 5' 10" was definitely an advantage. However offers of help were always forthcoming. This is an excellent location and a quality apartment.

Jayne was in touch with me by messenger all through my journey to ensure the handover was smooth. I'm not going to put this in the didn't like section, but an offer to book a table in the restaurant would have been handy. The restaurant is excellent and always fully booked. So I would recommend that the hosts either offer or the traveller requests. Additionally, we parked the car and didn't move it for a week. We either used the local bus service which was phenomenal or the ferry across to Instow. I would also recommend John's deli, next door, for breakfast.

Nothing - it was absolutely perfect!

The apartment is in a perfect location in Appledore. It is very well designed and very clean - a lovely size and very comfortable for a family. The kitchen was well equipped so you could cook for yourselves if you wanted. Jayne was very welcoming on arrival, which was a nice touch after a long journey. I recommend eating at the restaurant below the apartment - great food and service.

Apartment was so spacious and stylish. Absolutely everything provided for your comfort . Immaculately clean fully equipped for your every need. Could not fault the property or its location.To sit gazing at the sea from the comfort of our lounge through the panoramic windows was joyous.Watching all the activities happening on the promenade such as the early morning rowers or the groups of children doing challenging activities from the quay was entertaining Property lived up to and exceeded our expectations.A real find

Need darker blinds in the front room to block out the light for those on the sofa bed.

Location for rowing event was really good. The view from the window was lovely. Had a really nice meal in the restaurant below. Nice dining table and kitchen. Good that there were two bathrooms for 6 guests. Sofa bed was also comfortable. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.
